We absolutely loved our holiday in Tawny Owl lodge and didn't want to come home. It was very cosy, well equipped and felt like home from home. The hot tub was a beautiful experience and very private. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The decking area was huge and a lovely outdoor space for us. Padstow, Trevone, Newquay we're all easy to reach. SupeRead morermarket was close and a lovely cafe/gift shop/vets was around the corner. We can't wait to go back. Hide

We absolutely loved our stay. The lodge is beautiful, very clean, lovely and spacious open plan and decorated and furnished excellently. The hot tub is a really lovely addition and the welcome hamper on our arrival was such a wonderful touch. The location was not the best for us on this trip but that was more our poor planning. Immaculately presented and very well situated. We were 4 people and a dog including one wheelchair user. Lots of space and good accessibility. Many beautiful Cornwall locations 10-20mins away. Our varied needs were generously accommodated at this well equipped property.
David
Thank you Dave. After a long drive it was wonderful to arrive to a clean comfortable property and the hot tub is quite an addition. Perfectly located and peaceful especially with our 6 week old grandson. We all had an amazing time and look forward to coming again
Hayley
Very comfortable and well equipped, the hot tub was a bonus, great location. We had a problem with the washing machine and after reaching out to Dave it was fixed very quickly. We have stayed here before about 3/4 years ago and the new owner has made some great changes, we felt very comfortable here and will stay again

This was our second stay in 4 months and as before we had a great time. Fantastic property, really roomy and well equipped and surprisingly warm considering we stayed in December and March. Wonderful location close to Padstow, with great dog walks on site, and great communication from the owner. Don't look anywhere else, book here!!
Nicholas
We were very pleased with the cottage, which had everything you could need while on holiday and was very spacious, for four adults and two dogs. The location was excellent for exploring the area.
Kevin
Beautiful lodge and nice walks around the immediate area. Central topmost places with a 10-15 min drive But you do need transport to go anywhere
Ros
Lovely location with walks around the lakes, there is some noise from the main road but this didnt bother us. The lodge itself is light and airy and there is a decking area and picnic table. Its comfortable and the kitchen area well equipped.
Helen
Unfortunately the washing machine was broken for 3 days of our trip, which was pretty tricky for a UK beach holiday with small children. It was fixed the night before we left. The property was however well located and good value for money.
Barbara
Fabulous lodge and holiday
Angela
We had a lovely family holiday the lodge suited are needs ,the road was a bit of a issue for me but other people wasnt bothered,a hot tub would have been nice
Steven
Very clean ,well equiped and comfortable, nice location
Julia
Very good plenty of room good location quiet except noise from busy road.
Linda
The cottage was in a beautiful setting just a little to close to the main road as was woken very early with the traffic
Rachael
Shamefully our lodge was dirty - it took us over an hour to clean! That aside, the lodge itself was lovely and we were surprised at the products provided - everything you could possibly need (including toilet roll). It was like a home from home - comfortable, cozy and spacious - 6 adults and dog Smart TV did not work properly and neither did the tu mble dryer - clothes came out wetter than they went in! There is a lovely walk around the small lakes onsite - our dog enjoyed it each day.
Kevin
Lovely lodge in tranquil setting lovely walks round the 2 lakes on site ideally located for touring North Cornwall
