We had a superb holiday in excellent surroundings. There was a terrific view from The Escape, and plenty of great walks from it. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane. As we were there for a fortnight she changed the laundry after our first week, giving us further supplies of Cava, brownies and flowers. Despite it being remote, we didn't feel cut o ff, with people in the other two cottages and family farm. We are already thinking of returning to this well-furnished, delightful, comfy cottage!

This cottage is in the most beautiful location, perfect for walkers. Approx 1.5 mile to walk to nearest village, beautiful scenary, so cosy and quiet. If you are wanting to get away from it all this place ticks all the boxes, the bed is very comfortable and the oven and grill works great for cosy nights in cooking. The large log burner is a must on chilly nights. Highly recommend the Royal Oak pub for lovely food and a glass of wine by the fire, beautiful food and atmosphere.
