Lovely cottage. Everything in the kitchen if you need to cook but there are some lovely pubs near by. Tyddyn y fron bach is 10 to 20 miles away from castles, gardens and around 3 miles from the beach. The hot tub is a great attition to the property which we used quite a bit. Would recommend this property to everyone it's comfy and peaceful.

A lovely property in a quiet location however only a 5 minute drive to the local town with shops, supermarket, pubs and plenty of takeaway food choices. Cottage has everything we needed and nice touches were milk and Welsh cakes on arrival and dog biscuits and blankets for him. Hot tub was a bonus and while the weather was rainy it was nice to have the experience on the dry days. Overall a r eally nice place and owners very attentive. It felt very comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked very well which was nice surprise given the rural location.

Highlights include the Chimp Encounter, Penguin Parades, Bear Falls and the Children's Farm. The setting is perfect for walking around and you can take in the superb scenery, roam the wooded pathways and relax on the grassy slopes. There are many rare and endangered species to see and learn about including the Snow Leopards and the Red Pandas not to mention the Sumatran Tigers. You can also buy the experience of being a zoo keeper for a day, either for yourself or as a gift.

St Winefride's Well in Flintshire is described at one of the 7 wonders of Wales and is shrouded in mystery and intrigue. Legend has it that the well first erupted at the spot where Caradog cut off the nuns head with his sword. The shrine was then erected in her memory in the first decade of the sixteenth century and remains one of the holiest places in Wales. In the autumn a walk through the ravine with its flowing waterfalls in not to be missed. There are also several yearly events to enjoy including the Bat walk in September.
