The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the downstairs bedroom is fully accessible with electronic controls and an en-suite wet room.

Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, each with its own HD TV. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while the other rooms provide a mix of king-size, double, and twin beds.

The master bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower.

Great family get-together .We really enjoyed it.evrything was provided, including dishwasher tablets, etc. Stunning views. I would say be prepared to drive everywhere as there was nothing much in the local area.But that wasn't a problem for us.

Amazing. The views are stunning. The cottage we stayed in was beautiful. We were welcomed by the most wonderful hosts who really took care of us. Nothing was too much trouble. They are so generous and warm-hearted. Thoroughly recommend going on the tractor ride which was so informative and so much fun. Also we should mention the gin, which went dowRead moren very well with my daughter-in-law. We were so sad to have to come away after our week away, but will be looking to rebook when we have some free time. Hide

All good but the last 2days we had no hot shower

Lovely place to stay, although I didn't realise when booking it was attached to another house. The hot tub is also shared with them. The grounds are lovely, the views are spectacular and the host was very helpful when we wanted to know something. Everyone had a lovely time and we also managed to relax and chill when we were there.

The cottage is really spacious, warm and comfortable, with amazing views. The location is brilliant with lots of walks from the door, or just a short drive away. All the walks we did had the most amazing 360 degree panoramic views. Inside there is a huge soft play area with a separate area for toddlers as well as ball pools, climbing frames, slides and chutes. The Cannon balls are a big hit with children of all ages. New for 2010 is the Badgers quest interactive maze. Outside there is a play area, large boating lake with paddle boats, nature trails with clues and quizzes and an agility course. At Old king Street Farm you can spend the day with the charming creatures and enjoy feeding them, grooming them and having a stroll through the woodland. Lamas are not ridden but they can carry all the picnic essentials including tables and chairs! Lama Treks around the stunning Black Mountains are also available.

Rhondda Heritage Park is located at the former Lewis Merthyr Colliery and is a popular attraction with a range of facilities including a visitor centre, an art gallery, a gift shop, and a lovely period re-constructed Village Street.
