The Potting Shed Halfpenny Farm Reviews

Emily Carter
We had a really great time staying here! The scenery was absolutely stunning and the shepherd’s hut was surprisingly spacious, way more than others we’ve been in. It’s well-equipped in the kitchen, with loads of thoughtful little touches that made all the difference. The hot tub was fantastic, offering gorgeous views. The hosts are super helpfuland the gated garden was perfect for our dog. Would definitely come back!

This place was really lovely, tucked away on a farm but so secluded you wouldn’t even know. The bed was super comfy and the setup was spot on. The owners popped by to say hello, which was nice. Towels, robesand even a welcome pack for the dog - such thoughtful touches. The local guide was really handy. We usually don’t go back, but we’d definitely return here!

We had such a lovely stay here! Honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer. The cosy shed is beautifully decorated and clearly shows how much effort went into making it special. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially at night with the lights on - so relaxing! During the day, it was just as nice. If you want to cook, there’s an Aldi about 15 minutes walk away, which is super convenientand they’ve got all the gear you need. Plus, loads of takeaways nearby if you fancy a treat. Would definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel at home. The doggy welcome pack was a lovely touchand the fully enclosed area meant our dog could explore safely. The cabin itself oozes cosiness with its warm, inviting decor. We really appreciated how responsive the hosts were to our questions. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’re already planning to come back!
