We had a fantastic stay at Buzzards Reach, it felt really comfy and homely. Everything you need was supplied as well as a nice cream tea on arrival and a complimentary bottle of fizz for my hubbys birthday. This cottage was ideal for our little pooch as she could venture out into the garden and we knew she was safe. Surrounded by lovely fields we m et the owners horses and saw deer, fox and bats in the evening whilst enjoying the fab hot tub. Thankyou, we will return.

Came here for a week and had a lovely time! When we arrived we saw the host had provided scones, jam and clotted cream and plenty of things for a brew. Garden is a great size for dogs but ours escaped under the gap in the fence so if you have little dogs you'll need to keep an eye on them. Hot tub was a beautiful addition it was lovely watching the stars at night. Cottage was cosy and really warm, the bed was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Beautiful little get away.

We loved our stay at buzzards reach cottage. We instantly felt at home and cosy in the cottage and the mince pies, chocolate and Buck's Fizz were a lovely welcome! Judith
We spent Christmas 2022 in this lovely cottage and had such a lovely relaxing time, the cottage was also beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hosts were always available, very polite and accommodating; even when we phoned the day before arriving to ask if we could also bring our cat, as our cat sitter had had a fall. The hot tub and 2 ensuite r ooms were such a bonus. Our cat, dog, 2 teenager daughters, husband and myself had a great time. Very close to many attractions.
Trudy
This is by far one of the loveliest self-catering holiday cottages we have ever stayed in. Was spotlessly clean. Everything you could need was there. Watching the stars come out and counting them with our kids whilst in the hot tub will be a lifetime memory. We will be back without a doubt. Truly a gem! You'd be mad to miss it.
Ann
Fantastic hosts if you enjoy rural locations this is perfect
Laura

Lovely cream waiting for us on our arrival. The enclosed garden was perfect for Lexie and Connor our two dogs and the hot tub was an absolute bonus, we used it everyday. The location was great, with easy reach to forest walks and beaches. We will be returning. That's for sure.
JAYNE
Lovely cottage in the middle of Cornwall so good base for seeing both coasts. Warm, comfy, clean and quiet. Loved seeing the wild deer in the field each morning and the hot tub was just sublime! Lovely owners, not intrusive but on hand if needed. Secure garden for our dogs.

I have nothing against dogs but as soon . As we went in I could smell dogs and when sitting on the furniture the smell came up every time and was on my clothes (downstairs)
Diane
The cottage was really nice and clean and we felt very comfortable there. We would recommend this cottage to anyone considering to stay here.
Jo
The cottage was delightful, it was lovely to be welcomed with a vase of flowers on the windowsill and homemade scones, cream and jam. The surrounding area was idyllic, it was so tranquil to sit in the hot tub listening to the steam and the bird song. It was a great location for the camel trail, pencarrow house and Lanhydrock house. Bodmin town is v ery close by, with a lovely restaurant called Florys, although Id avoid the Indian takeaway restaurant, King of Prussia, the food was rather bland.
Steve
We had a lovely 5 night stay at the end of March weather was very kind to us so obviously that helped! The cottage is beautiful clean fresh and comfortable the kitchen is well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Hot tub in our own private garden was lovely at the end of each day walking and exploring Cornwall.

David
If it's peace, quiet and tranquillity you're seeking, you simply couldn't wish for a better location than Buzzards Reach. Nestled into the hillside with two horses for neighbours, this cottage comes with a marvellous hot tub which gives a stunning star gazing experience at night under the big skies. The cottage is pristine, well cared for and a war m welcome comes in the form of a cream tea and fresh cut flowers. The owners can't do enough to please and are very friendly and approachable. 5 stars
