Loved it here . All facilities were really good , could do with a clothes drier though . Property decor is not pristine , but with 8 of us and 2 dogs I was able to relax. The bungalow has a real home from home feeling and we had an exceptional week and lovely Christmas

We had a lovely time its a great location for visiting dog friendly beaches. The house is very well equipped for self catering the hot tub is very nice. Sadly the gardens are not kept very tidy lots of weeds and the grass was very long when we stayed. The beds are very comfortable and it is a very warm and cosy house considering the size of it.

Fabulous Cottage, Hot tub was well used as weather was not as expected end of August. Games room was an added bonus. Lovely welcome hamper for humans and treats for dogs xx. We had a great stay despite poor weather. Generally excellent facilities and fabulous to have the hot tub and games room as well as the BBQ hut. The situation was perfect and the contained garden for the dogs was great and very safe. Parking space was fantastic - we had four cars and could have got at least two more in. So much to do in the area th at we are thinking of perhaps staying again

We had a perfect stay at Roscarna Parkham despite the weather (quite a lot of rain ) we all had a great time. A lovely welcome hamper such an unexpected nice touch. It is located in a lovely little village but close to lots of attractions we visited The Big Sheep, Clovely ,Instow ,Bideford, Tarka Trail, Woolacombe. The house was perfect for us 6 ad ults, 1 infant and 3 dogs very spacious and the dog friendly garden where we knew they were all safe. Loved the Hot Tub. Highly recommend The Bell.

Had a great week. Nice walks in country side and on beaches with the dogs. Accommodation was great we used all the facilities. Hot tub, Hobbit House and games room. The log fire gave it a warm cosy feeling. Pub opposite locals very friendly. All in all a great week for eight of us and three dogs.

We stayed for a family birthday. We all had great fun and enjoyed the quality time. There was enough space and the woo burner made the house very cosy. The BBQ hut was amazing (We did have to go looking in the shops for coal though, which wasn't easy this time of the year) We all enjoyed the hot tub. The bbq hut, games room and hot tub were such an amazing benefit and used daily. A great location in a quiet village but not far from some places of natural beauty, welcombe mouth, c lovelly & westward ho to name a few that are well worth a visit. A wonderful cottage with everything you you possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils. The welcome hamper was absolutely wonderful to arrive to on the Friday, thank you so much. The pub across the road serves lovely food. We stayed at the Roscarna and there is only really one way to describe it, which is WOW. What an amazing house it is. And all the little extras provided is amazing. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Parkham is a quiet village with not much around perfect for a relaxing and stressless holiday. We arrived at the cottage to find a lovely welcome hamper with wine, prossecco, crisps and cake which was a lovely touch. The cottage is well equipped and hot tub is good. Location is good as easy to venture off to different places. Pub over the road was good and food was lovely.

Roscarna is such an amazing house, we went there for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for better. The hottub was so nice to use at the end of the day of visiting a few local places. The bedrooms were comfortable. The dogs loved the garden and laying infront of the log fire at night. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic long weekend spending quality time with the family and dogs, plenty of space for everyone to enjoy gathering together, safe enclosed rear garden for all 3 dogs. Games room and hot tub enjoyed by all. The bbq hut was a great asset even with the miserable weather. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch, the dogs enjoyed their treats too ! kitchen was well stocked and even having essentials left for us was a god send ( I forgot the tea bags) games evenings will leave lasting memories.

Great property, its so spacious and definitely big enough for 8 people! Even the little things are provided for, dishwasher tablets etc. great hamper on arrival including dog treats & bowls! They even supply towels for the hot tub! Theres a front/side garden where the bbq hut is which is awesome! We used it in December & it was toasty warm inside! Then the back garden is enclosed, perfect for dogs! This is where the hot tub is! Pub does great Sunday lunch opposite. 2 miles of lanes to get to!

Weve just come back from a long weekend away. The house was perfect for what we wanted. It was so well equipped for a self catered house and had everything we could have needed, including bowls for our dogs who came away with us. We were welcomed by a wonderful welcome hamper which was such a nice touch. It was cold being November so having the log burner and blankets made it all super cozy. We did brave the hot tub which was also wonderful. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Such a lovely family property, there was 7 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs . We had plenty of room and we found the property so spacious and very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and it was lovely to have the log fire especially in October . So convenient having the pub directly across the road especially as our food delivery didnt turn up so we had breakfast in the pub which was lovely and everyone was so friendly. The dogs loved the garden and the bbq hut looked great.
