Brilliant place and fabulous host
Yvonne
Sue and her husband were great hosts. The property was lovely and nice to have comfy living room and dining seating for 8 adults. Views are fab especially from hottub. The weather was nice for October so was able to sit out for a morning cuppa and meet the friendly cows. Also was able to get a chinese takeaway to deliver on our first night which was fab. All good
Andrew
Lovely property, would recommend to anyone. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with anything.
Stayed for for days. Great environment to relax.Everything you need to be comfortable.Property owner met us and gave us a guided tour. There is nothing I could suggest to make it any better.Great location for base camp for local areas.Would certainly book again.

Our third visit and have just booked our fourth which says it all! Excellent cottage plenty of room for eight of us, well equipped, spotless and the views are stunning. Feels remote and peaceful yet close to lots of places to visit. Hot tub is a bonus. Sue is a fabulous host and makes sure that everything is perfect.
Hayley
Short stay with extended family and 2 children. Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was beautiful, very clean with everything we needed. The views were perfect and the hot tub an added bonus. We had a trip out to Denbigh castle which was a 10minute drive and had lunch out in a nearby pub. Colwyn bay was only 30 mins away so had a trip to the beach also. Sue was lovely and made us feel very welcome. A polite improvement would be to increase the check out time of 9.30 it was a bit of a rush in the morning to get everything organised. All in all a lovely visit. Thank you
Shirley

A fabulous stay for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday with my girls. Such a beautiful location, the views are stunning. Cottage is lovely, spotlessly clean & the owner Sue gave us a warm welcome to show us around. She was only a text away if we needed anything during the stay, nothing was too much bother. The hot tub was the highlight, views during the day & stars at night. Heaven!
Suhail
Booked a weekend here with 7 friends, purely to relax and enjoy some downtime. It didn't disappoint! The hot tub was simply lovely, with great views and functionality... The house was very comfortable, with everything you need and as described... Location was stunning, in the middle of nowhere really with no carstraffic anywhere within sight! Nice and quiet, picturesque, and

Sue was absolutely fantastic she greeted us on arrival and explained how everything works, she was on hand if we needed her, absolutely beautiful house with stunning views we loved our stay here, everything you need was right there also. Loved it, Thank you
A wonderful property that is well equipped and spacious. The hosts were delightful and left us to it. The children liked the hot tub very much and the view was breathtaking. Minor issue. The downstairs shower was great once you got into it. The entrance to the cubicle is very narrow and not for the fuller figure. Otherwise a great place. I would recommend it for a family holiday.
WONDERFUL SITE, SUE WAS VERY WARM AND WELCOMING. CERTIANLY ONE TO RELY ON.
We had a wonderful week at Delfryn with its breathtaking views. Sue was the perfect host. Our 7 year old twin grandchildren particularly enjoyed ending the days in the hot tub & watching the cows. The location was great for lots of days out & as a group of 8 we fitted so much in. We would love to return.
Stacey
This place really is amazing, it's like going from home to home. If you are like me and like to take the kitchen sink along with all your other goodies, you really don't need to. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. A very private countryside setting, I would highly recommend to all
Adrian
Great location, being countryside based with lovely views but within 35 mins drive to many coastal towns. The property is beautiful and we had a disabled person in our party and found the downstairs bedroom and bathroom particularly useful with just two steps to negotiate and the ability to back our car really close to the door that opened right by that bathroom and bedroom. Sue is a great host, very friendly and gave us an opening tour. The hot tub is a lovely added bonus.
Rahisa
What an amazing experience and stay! ! The owner was absolutely amazing and really welcoming. A beautiful place to stay at! Very clean and comfortable. Very well looked after! Me and my friends loved visiting this cottage. The host was friendly and didnt intrude. The cottage itself was really beautiful and had lots of room. It was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed looking out at the views and then the stars whilst in the hot tub. We had a lovely Sunday lunch in one of the pubs recommended by the host. We had a relaxing weekend. We will definitely be returning.
The property was perfect in every way and Sue was very helpful. We had a great time celebrating my 60 th with daughters, husbands and grandsons. Great hot tub and the kitchen and living areas were great for a group! Lovely and warm too in very cold weather. We shall be back I hope.

Beautifully presented cottage with stunning views. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic outdoor seating area with bbq and generous sized hot tub. A little bit out of the way from all the attractions but the roads were generally quiet so no problem really. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming as were the locals. I cannot recommend enough, we would loved to return.
