Roscarna Reviews

Emma
We really enjoyed our visit here. The pub across the street is super welcoming and serves a cracking roast. The house feels spacious and comfortable, though a bit more TLC wouldn't hurt. The hot tub was lovelyand the entrance hall perfect for dogs and boots. Don't forget extra tea towels!
Harriet
We loved how tucked away this place is, nestled in tiny lanes leading to a charming village with a lovely pub that's super dog friendly and serves great food. The cottage comfortably fit 8 of us and our three dogs, with a secure garden area for the pups. It was spotless and well-stocked. The games room and hot tub were great extras, perfect for chill evenings. The welcome basket was a lovely touchand loads of towels were provided. Definitely a cosy spot for a getaway!
Emma
We really enjoyed staying in this cosy bungalow tucked away in a peaceful village. The linen was lovelyand there were loads of towels, including extras for the hot tub, which was a bonus. Sharing one bathroom with four of us was a bit tight, an extra cloakroom would’ve helped. The pub right across the road was perfect, but the village is pretty quiet otherwise.
Emily
We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! It’s really spacious and perfect for our group of 8 adults plus 2 dogs. The furniture is lovely, though a few marks are there, but that’s no big deal when you’re bringing dogs. Beds were super comfyand the location is remote but charming, with narrow lanes to get there. The pub opposite was handyand the hot tub and games room made it even better. Would definitely come back!
Emma
Great amenities and fantastic spot. Would definitely come back, highly recommended! Thanks a lot.
Simon

We had a fantastic stay! The warm welcome really made us feel at homeand we appreciated the thoughtful gifts. It was great that there weren’t loads of strict rules, just friendly reminders to help ourselves and enjoy. Loved that kindling and logs were provided for free - such a nice touch. The indoor barbecue was a real highlight, so much fun! The place is quite remote, so you’ll need to drive for supplies, but the pub right next door is a real bonus. Would definitely come back!
Emma

The games room kept everyone busyand the living room felt even bigger and cosier than the photos. We’d definitely return, it’s a lovely spot!

Emma
We had a fantastic stay! The facilities were generally great, though a clothes drier would’ve been handy. The decor wasn’t perfect, but with 8 of us plus 2 dogs, it still felt cosy and relaxing. The bungalow really felt like a home from home, making our Christmas week truly special. We’d definitely come back!
James
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was warm and cosyand the beds were super comfy. It’s a fantastic spot for visiting dog-friendly beaches, which was perfect for us. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Only downside was the garden-lots of weeds and the grass was quite long when we arrived, so it could use some tidying up. Still, we’d come back!
Simon
Shower pressure was a bit weak and some parts felt a touch tired, but overall loved it!
Emma
Great atmosphere and friendly staff!
Emma
Despite the gloomy weather, we really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were top-notch, especially the hot tub and games room, which kept everyone entertained. The location was ideal, with a secure garden that was perfect for our dogs to roam freely. Parking was more than ample - we managed four cars easily and could have squeezed in a couple more. There’s so much to explore nearby, we’re already thinking about coming back!
