Absolutely fabulous stay at Gripp Barn. Claire & Rich were fantastic hosts; thank-you for the flowers, cake & fizz on arrival! The Barn provided everything you could possibly need for more than a comfortable stay and it was spotless. The hot tub was a real treat and well used! We loved how the Barn had a huge selection of board games to play & DVDs to watch. The beds were soooo comfortable- in fact I would say the best nights sleep weve had for ages. The location is perfect too. A fab place.

The Barn was beautiful! Comfortable and spacious which was well equipped with everything that we needed. Location was excellent, only a short drive to the park and ride for the city centre. It had been cleaned to a high standard and provided robes and spa slippers which was a nice touch! We will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, was a really lovely touch to arrive and be greated with a bottle of bubbly and chocolate cake.....the kids demolished it! The setting of the cottage is in beautiful surroundings, we were able to flit between going for country walks and getting the bus or train (from Keynsham) into the bigger cities for the day. The far mshop is a stone throw away and is really lovely. Definitely looking at planning another trip! Thank you so much.
Marie
Cottage is in a great location for trips into Bath, Wells and Bristol. It is secluded from the owners home and benefits from a hot tub. Beds were a little hard for us, but that is personal preference and the tv was a little sketchyprobably needs stronger Wi-Fi (although we are a data hungry family!) We were grateful to be able to use the familys fo otball goals, which made my teenager happy! Cobwebs and spiders were our guests also. For the price paid, it was good value for money.
Natalie
A delightful property in lovely surroundings. Finished to a very high standard. We had a marvellous week and would consider booking again.
John
The Owners are very welcoming and are understandably proud of their development. The Barn is warm and comfortable. Some more crockery and glasses would be welcome particularly for when the property is fully occupied. Guests should be aware that there is only one toilet and that is located in the bathroom which is downstairs from the sleeping quarte rs. The Barn is well situated for visiting the area around Wells, Bath and Bristol
Andy
A fabulous property in a good location for visiting Bath, Bristol and the surrounding area. The cake and bubbles were much appreciated after our long drive south. The bed is very comfortable and everything you need is provided. The hot tub is fabulous after a long walk in the countryside. Highly recommended.
Rhonda
Fantastic barn in a great location - absolutely recommend!
Kevin
I booked 3 night surprise stay over new year for my wife and 2 children as a nice relaxing Christmas present and their words being "Wow". The pictures of the property look amazing but really don't do this justice. Spotless accommodation, gowns and slippers for hot tub trips and every kitchen utensil ever made. Communication with the owners was inst ant and will do everything possible giving a very personal touch. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying later in the year. A++++++++++
Jay
Great location and brilliant cottage. Would recommend.
Christine
Thank you Claire and Richard for a wonderful week at the amazing Gripp Barn. Excellent throughout. You really have thought of everything and anything that is needed during your stay with lovely flowers, cake & bubbly. Enjoy your time at the barn, cooking, log burner & the hot tub, with robes & slippers. Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury, Clarkes & Stoneh enge worth a visit. Sally Lunn Buns is a must. Plus The Boat House & The George at Bathampton on the canal for lunch. Fantastic stay thank you. GnCxx
Lucy
The barn has been restored lovingly and to a high quality, making it very comfortable and welcoming. Its all round absolutely gorgeous, I cannot fault it at all. We were greeted by Claire, who was helpful and friendly. She had left us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake, which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable, towels and dressing gowns provided and the hot tub was easy to operate. All in all, we had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back!
Tim
Totally stunning space. Spacious yet cosy. Gorgeously decorated. Thoughtful touches - both in decor and equipment. Great hot tub - could see the stars (when it wasnt raining!) and the children enjoyed it for short stints (minus bubbles!) Beautiful area. Lovely and secluded. A real gem of a getaway.
Martin
Beutifully restored barn which was both peaceful and relaxing. Nice welcome from the owners on arrival with unexpected but much appreciated arrival gifts awaiting inside. A good location for Cheddar Gorge, Stonehenge, Wells, Bath and the West Coast.
Michael
