Emily
What a stunning cottage! It was such a lovely surprise to arrive and find a bottle of bubbly and chocolate cake waiting for us... the kids really loved it! The cottage is set in gorgeous surroundingsand we enjoyed alternating between country walks and hopping on the bus or train from Keynsham to explore the larger cities for the day. The farm shop is just a stone's throw away and is really delightful. We’re definitely thinking about planning another trip! Thanks a bunch!
Emily
The cottage is in a fantastic spot for visiting Bath, Wells and Bristol. It’s nice and secluded from the owner’s home and having a hot tub is a real bonus! The beds were a bit hard for us, but that’s just our personal preference and the TV was a little sketchy, probably needing stronger Wi-Fi (though we are a pretty data-hungry family!). We were really happy to use the family’s football goals, which made our teenager super happy! We also had some cobwebs and spiders as our guests. Overall, for the price we paid, it was good value for money.
Clara
What a fantastic barn in a really great location! We absolutely recommend this place for a lovely getaway!
Mark
We booked a 3-night surprise stay over New Year for my wife and our two children as a lovely Christmas present and their reaction was simply "Wow." The photos of the property are stunning but honestly, they don't do it justice. The accommodation was spotlessand there were gowns and slippers for the hot tub, plus every kitchen utensil you could think of! Communication with the owners was instantand they really went above and beyond, adding a personal touch. We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back later in the year. A++++++++++
Ben
This place is totally stunning! It’s spacious yet cosy at the same time. The décor is gorgeously done, with thoughtful touches that really stand out in both the decor and equipment. The hot tub was great - we could see the stars (when it wasn’t raining!) and the kids had fun in it for short stints (minus bubbles!). The area is beautiful and lovely and secluded. It’s a real gem of a getaway!
James
Beautifully restored barn that was both peaceful and relaxing. We got a lovely welcome from the owners when we arrived, complete with unexpected but much appreciated arrival gifts waiting inside. It's a great location for Cheddar Gorge, Stonehenge, Wells, Bath and the West Coast!
