James
Really loved the place, especially the hot tub! Location was spot on and parking was easy.
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The house was super comfy and in a lovely spot, with a hidden garden that felt like a secret retreat. The plants looked healthy and well-cared for, showing good thought went into the garden’s design. The hot tub was a bonus, but honestly, just relaxing with a book in the walled garden was so peaceful. We parked up and didn’t move the car ’til it was time to go. Plenty of walks straight into the countryside. Richmond’s market, shops, cafes, pubsand supermarkets made everything so convenient. Perfect getaway!
Emma
The cottage was absolutely lovely and in a really convenient spot. We appreciated the nice touch of welcome gifts! Parking was a bit tricky though-spaces were rare and the 2-hour limit on disc parking meant we had to pay for some of the nearby car parks. Still, a lovely stay overall.
James
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for exploring Richmond and the surrounding Dales. The cottage was cosy and well-equipped. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a charming place to stay!
Emma
We had a lovely stay at this house! The place is genuinely beautiful and definitely deserves the five-star rating. It was perfect for the chilly January weather-we loved relaxing in the hot tub and keeping warm by the log burner. The beds are super comfyand even the dining chairs are nice enough to sit in for ages with a drink. Richmond is just the best town, with so much to do for everyone-foodies, walkers, history lovers. We’ll definitely be returning!
James
What a lovely find! The house is super comfy and has everything you might need. We loved how warm and cosy it felt, especially with the log burner going. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Perfect location-we’ll be back for sure!

We had a fantastic week at Secret Garden! The hot tub was a perfect treat after our long walks around Richmond. Huge thanks for the welcome pack, it was much appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. There’s so much to see and do in Richmond without needing to use the car. We can’t wait to come back!
Oliver
There are loads of places to eat just a short walk away. We went to Capri Italian on two occasions and can absolutely recommend it, the owner is such a friendly bloke and the staff are fab. The Kings Head is decent enough for lunch and offers a nice Sunday dinner. The hot tub is a really handy touch, just what you need after a long walk. It's a lovely little cottage and we'd definitely stay again.
Oliver
Fabulous property that truly deserves its 5 star rating! We found the accommodation to be top-notch and in a fantastic location.
James
What a beautiful houseand it was so nicely decorated! We felt really comfortable the whole time we were there. The location is perfect, right on the edge of Richmond. There are loads of great places to eat nearby. It was lovely to come back to the hot tub after a day out exploring. We found a great car park just a minute's walk away, nunsplace, which cost 15 for the weekand you could use it at all Richmondshire car parks and even National Trust ones too. Plus, we were thrilled to discover the house had a washer! We will definitely stay again!
James
This is our third stay at the house and it never lets us down. The house looks grand from outside and elegant inside. The living room is so cosy and super cool, especially with the heatwave we had. The kitchen is perfect with everything you need and it's quite spacious. The hot tub is a fantastic bonus and we used it every day! The garden is a real sun trapand the bedrooms are elegant too. We slept very well in the large beds. A couple of things need a bit of attention, but it's still excellent.
Emma
Fantastic location, ideal for sightseeing and filled with charming little shops and eateries. Just didn’t feel quite like a 5, especially regarding cleanliness sadly. The cottage could use a bit of love and attention, especially in the outside areas and the hot tub.
Emma
This lovely cottage is so well decorated and has everything we need! The outdoor space with the hot tub is fab and it's just a few minutes' walk into the centre of Richmond. Absolutely perfect!

Situated in the Ripon area of North Yorkshire this popular theme park makes a fantastic day out for the whole family.  The more daring will love the big and thrilling rides such as Raptor Attack, The Ultimate and Trauma Tower.  For the little ones there are some excellent attractions such as Flying Camels, Dodgems and a Magic Wheel.  Toddlers will like the Dragon Boats and the Lightwater Express amongst other things. There are over 40 rides and attractions in total and we think this is excellent value for money too.  If you book your tickets in advance online you can save even more money and beat the queues.
