Lovely well maintained cottage with stunning views & scenery. Superb bathroom & kitchen facilities.
We have only the best things to say what a great place to stay and are planning a return visit absolutely
Audrey
We had a comfortable and happy stay at your cottage. Thank you for you welcome, both personal and the hamper. The facilities were almost perfect, just 2 minor suggestions. We would have liked a bucket or laundry basket to take clothes to line. Bronwyn would have liked a power board or something to provide more than one power outlet in the smaller bedroom. Thank you again . Audrey
Long drive but made so welcome on arrival with a luxury afternoon tea waiting lovely surprise. Nesta very kindly got us some milk for our morning cuppa, cottage was immaculate, very comfortable & cosy. Views were amazing and it was the most peaceful, relaxing holiday, the hot tub was the icing on the cake, after a day sightseeing it truly was the perfect end to the day and we were lucky with the weather we had hot tub, wine & beautiful sunsets perfect!
We had a great week at the cottage everything lovely ,The welcome pack was super . Nesta recommended a fabulous beach bar and was very helpful the only down side was having to leave .The hot tub was immaculately kept we loved stargazing and watching the sun go down the views from our cottage were heavenly ,we cant wait to return .

A little gem of a cottage in a beautiful setting. It had everything you needed for a relaxing week including a hot tub to enjoy the views. It was located in the perfect location to explore the North West area of Wales and Anglesey. The cottage was well equipped with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable and would pop by every day to check the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
Well, what can we saywe had an Amazing weeks stay at Y Beudy. We enjoyed the sea views from the hot tub each night, as well as the strolls along the nearby beaches to watch the sunset over the sea. The cottage was extremely clean and had all the facilities we needed. Nesta was a great host and we really appreciated the welcome tea. It is an ideal location to explore North Wales and we are looking forward to returning later in the year.
Steven
A fine example of a cottage surrounded by farmland with views to the coast and nearby mountains. Cottage was very tastefully decorated and furnished and a lovely welcome from the owner on the day meant a good deal. Tea buffet on arrival was a very thoughtful surprise. Would recommend this cottage to any visitor to this area.

What can I say, I surprised my other half for his 30th with a week away here with our 10month old and it was gorgeous. After a call with Nesta to confirm use of travel cot and high chair, I told her about our trip and when we arrived she had put up a 30 balloon and some birthday banners for us and got him a birthday card
A beautiful location ! Unwind and enjoy the picturesque views and sun sets whilst soaking in the hot tub. Cottage was perfect for our family with everything thing we needed. Clean and comfortable oh and the afternoon tea on arrival was a very nice touch and its delicious. Host was amazing with local information and places to visit. Thank you so much for unforgettable family break away The Weavers

Weve just had a lovely stay here. The cottage is warm and cosy and had everything we needed. Our boys didnt want to leave! The hot tub was fantastic and our last night especially so as we watched the sunset whilst enjoying the bubbles! The views from the cottage are really nice. We ventured into Anglesey a couple of times as 1 hour away. Nesta was very kind and friendly and we loved our afternoon tea on arrival. Thank you very much !
Annette
We really enjoyed our staff. Our host was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. There was a fantastic afternoon tea on arrival, perfect after travelling with a hungry 3 year old, the hot tub was amazing and we spent a lot of time in there watching the stars. The location is perfect for accessing the local area and the beauty that Snowdonia holds, the cottage had everything we needed and more and we cannot wait to return
The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The afternoon tea left for us was very welcome and provided us with lots of excellent cake for the week.
Heathley
Our arrival was met with a tray of sandwiches and cake, which was unexpected, but most welcome after a long car journey! The accommodation was fully functional, cosy, and with the enjoyment of the hot tub, a relaxing place to stay after each day of sports exercise. The main issue experienced, however, was the poor quality second bed and mattress. The bed frame was split, the mattress very squeaky and well overdue for replacement. This resulted in consistently poor quality sleep. With neighbours in the next door holiday cottage too, the wifi was often slow. As the owner was away, no actions were possible to rectify. Thanks to the owner of the house nearby for the lend of maps and tips on local walking routes!
Spotless cottage with absolutely everything you may need even a washing line outdude. So clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a hit among all of us given the incredible views! We were lucky to see the horses too. Ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to rest. But also within an easy drive to main attractions of the North Wales. Welcome gift was so generous it lasted a couple of days Many thanks to Nesta for such a warm welcome!
Joanne
The cottage was in a lovely location and was immaculate inside. Totally spotless and had amazing views of the sea. The owner Nesta was wonderful and was on hand if we needed anything but without being intrusive. Greeted with a beautiful afternoon tea which was delicious! Would highly recommend!!
A beautiful cottage with great scenic views A lovely afternoon tea was left out for us when we arrived. Nesta and her husband were very welcoming, explained about the local area and very friendly throughout our stay. The cottage was immaculate, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great hot tub to relax in, and watch the sunset. Thank you Nesta for a wonderful stay.
Nicholas
Lovely cottage in a peaceful setting. Nesta was an excellent host, and the afternoon tea was a lovely surprise when we arrived.
Hannah
Lovely location, stunning views & sunset. We had a lovely afternoon tea on arrival, and watched an amazing sunset in the hot tub. Such a relaxing weekend!! Thank you Nesta!
We could not have got a more perfect break, even the weather was better than we expected. I would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone, if it wasnt for the fact we had to work would have stayed longer.
Michael
The cottage is lovely, clean and in a beautiful area. Being in a hot tub surrounded by grazing horses was a fun memory. Nesta was a great owner and accomodating even if social distancing meant she couldn't give full tours of facilities, everything is easy to figure out and cleaned well inside. A great place to go an relax.
George
The view was tremendous, the owner Nesta was a gem, and it was central for all the sights and towns, thanks again Nesta
Nesta had a tasty afternoon tea waiting for us upon arrival after a very long journey with heavy traffic from Kent. Facilities were good and the cottage clean and tidy. Hot tub was kept clean for us to use which we made use of most evenings. Good location to explore North Wales. Thank you for a lovely week.
Heather
Really enjoyed this holiday , the cottage was spot on and Nesta the farm owner was a lovely lovely lady nothing was to much bother for her. The cottage itself was located in a beautiful place mountains one way and the sea the other way. We found lots of tourist attractions to visit, something for every age , the youngest in our party was 12 and the oldest 86. We would definitely like to visit again when things are a bit more settled for everyone.
Great little place. Very quiet but still close enough to get out and about during the day to the sites. Owners could not do enough for you. Thanks.
Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean, modern and spacious and our host Nesta was there to assist when needed but mainly left us to our own devices! The highlight was sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset over the sea with cows and sheep in the next field grazing. The bathroom was especially beautiful with a waterfall shower head and piping hot water We wouldnt hesitate to book again. Thank you.
Adrain
We brought things that they provide so make it clear it is well stocked
Comfy, cosy cottage in a quiet part of Wales within easy reach of lots of things to do and see. 10 minute walk to the local pebble beach which our dog loved ! Cottage is well equipped, only thing we were short of was a pizza cutter ! Hot tub is amazing with fab views of the valley and the sea. Owner is lovely and can't do enough. Would highly recommend, just what the doctor ordered !
Nesta the owner could not have made us feel more welcome. Gave us a regular message updates on our travels to the cottage and even sent a msg wishing us a safe journey home, which was nice. Whilst owner lived on site we did not feel that they were watching, always on hand if we needed anything, but we had everything so no problems. Stunning location, would definitely recommend
Fantastic cottages, brilliant location and very friendly and helpful owners who ... Fantastic cottages, brilliant location and very friendly and helpful owners who were on hand whenever we needed them, Would highly recommend a stay at the cottages and we will definitely be coming back
The cottage was absolutely wonderful and completely spotless. A little bit of luxury with stunning views. Weve had such a great week and the owners are really accommodating. They took us up onto the fields to see the horses and we also got to see the calves being fed. An amazing experience! Thank you!
Had a wonderful weeks stay, Nesta and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, the views from the cottage are amazing. The only downfall was the drive up the bumpy path but just need to be careful and well worth it when you see the views and the horses.
Darren
Really nice place, the owners were lovely. A fantastic facility and location.
This beautifully converted cow shed was fantastic. There are too many great things to mention everything, but this place suited us perfectly. Nesta, the lovely owner, made us feel very welcome with a bottle of fizz in the fridge cooling down and the hot tub heating up. The location was stunning, one side overlooking the sea and the other the mountains which we explored. The local beach was fun to explore, and we found a lovely walk up the local mountains Three Sisters, I think with views to die for. We explored Angelsey which was stunning, Betws y Coed, went south to beaches in Pwhelli and Abersoch and went hiking up Snowdon. We could have filled up another week with things to do! Then, when youve had a busy day and want to relax, the hot tubs the absolute place to be. The cottage has everything from lovely fluffy towels to milk and bubbly in the fridge. The shower and bathroom were lovely, beds comfy and kitchen was fully equipped. Phone reception on 3 and EE wasnt too good but the WiFi worked well. Had a Tesco delivery just after we arrived, that worked perfectly. The track up to the cottage is very bumpy, but is only 14 mile, so not too bad. There wasnt much privacy in the garden and hot tub area, but after a couple of days we got used to it. The garden was lovely for our dog, although its not fenced in, so you have to keep an eye on your dog all the time. Allinall this place gets a 10 out of 10 from us, superb holiday, thank you!
Really friendly and helpful owners!
