Stepping into this property, formerly a pool house, you're immediately struck by its stunning transformation. The smell of roasted coffee beans greets you in the large, practical entrance area, ideal for shedding outdoor gear and the dog to sleep after a long walk.

This space leads seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen featuring underfloor heating throughout. To the left is a spacious dining area comfortably seating eight, along with vibrant sofas facing a Smart TV and a modern fireplace feature, with added entertainment from a pinball machine.

Along the hallway, you'll find two king size bedrooms, one of which has an en suite with a shower and WC. Two separate family bathrooms, one with a large walk in shower and the other with a shower over the bath, serve the other bedrooms.

Heading up a spiral staircase from the lounge, you'll discover the third bedroom, a convenient twin bedroom with the option of two additional single beds if needed (please note there is reduced head height due to the sloping ceiling in this room). Back downstairs, through the lounge, awaits the highlight, a hot tub room, offering relaxation in a large six person hot tub.
