Lovely old farmhouse. Very warm and comfortable. The location is perfect (quiet with lovely views across the fields at the rear of the property). The hot tub was a great success and had a lot of use even though our holiday was in November! There was also a trampoline which was an added bonus. Good location and not far from the coast. We loved it anRead mored would definitely stay again. Hide

View spectacular. House great. All beds into singles is a real bonus. All facilities especially garden, hot tub, trampoline, ping pong, make it a kids paradise. Slope prevented cricket matches but plenty of football. Walk to pub down tracks is possible but walk back a step too far and often closed so everything else is a car or taxi ride. The location was idyllic, the farmhouse was very comfortable with everything we could want. It was the perfect place for our three generation family get-together. Beautifully well kept farmhouse with ample room, comfy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with some lovely welcome touches. Great location and lovely house. Good quality all through the property and really nice to have more glasses, crockery and cutlery than the standard 8 settings you get elsewhere. Definitely to be recommended. The Spyway Inn is worth a visit, lovely people and food was great.

Beautiful cottage and really well equipped Will definitely return. But be warnedthe lane to the farmhouse seems susceptible to flooding, so if the weather is bad, be careful what car you bring.

Great stay ! Lovely farm house . Very homely and warm
Steven
The cottage was spacious, well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. It is in a stunning location, remote enough to enjoy the countryside views but still possible to walk to Symondsbury in about 30 minutes and / or a 5 minute drive into Bridport. It was a pleasant surprise the see brand new washing machine, tumble dryer and table tennis table. The be ds deserve a special mention as they were excellent, very large and very comfortable. Overall an excellent cottage for a large family holiday.
ANGELA

Great accommodation and location. Some of the equipment in need of repair or replacement. Eg outdated washing machine, broken cutlery holder in dishwasher, wobbly tennis table Overall really enjoyable holiday,
Sally
Absolutely beautiful house and stunning garden with views over the countryside. We were a party of 9 and there was plenty of equipment for everyone. Not far to nice towns and beaches.
Susannah
Lovely comfortable farmhouse with the most amazing views. Close to Bridport and the coast. It was unfortunate the hot tub was dirty and it took a few days to resolve the issue
Julie
Beautiful Farmhouse in an excellent location with idyllic views.
Joan
Beautiful, peaceful cottage. 20 minute walk through field to a glorious cafe. Hope to come back.
Katharine
This cottage is absolutely beautiful, in totally gorgeous surroundings. The house is furnished beautifully and was very warm on a cold January weekend. The hot tub was warm and ready to jump in... But quite hard to work out how to turn it up, and unfortunately there was a problem with the water pressure which meant sometimes we couldn't shower, flu sh the toilet or wash hands. This is apparently due to the cottage being in a rural area and being fed by a spring which affects the water pressure.
Jane
Spent a week over Christmas 2021 with nine family members . Beautiful Farmhouse with stunning views overlooking the countryside. Hot tub was fabulous. Comfortable beds and great amenities. Ilchester Arms pub just over one mile away serving good food
Tricia
Lovely big property in a beautiful peaceful location. Walks on the doorstep but need a car to explore the area properly and also if you want to eat out. The hot tub was lovely to return to after long walks.
Caroline
Lovely location comfortable farmhouse, dogs especially loved the garden.
