Would definitely return when next in the area. Would highly recommend.
Happy with everything faultless Owners very welcoming and helpful

Excellent property. Well situated for visiting local beautiful coves beaches and attractions. Just the right size for 2 with all amenities. A welcome cream tea cider and fudge was a very nice jester. In a working farm but very clean. Private hot tub and a on site shop and games room with even a in house small cinama should you want to watch a video. Well recommended
Throughly restful and peaceful experience. Just what was required. Everyone wonderfully friendly. Cottage was well provided and comfortable.

Property lovely very clean, nice having your own garden and hot tub. some great touches on arrival with cream tea milk fudge and cider would definitely book again.
We had an amazing stay and the lodge and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a little break in an amazing part of the world. The secluded hot tub was great for some relaxation. The familyrun farm is very welcoming and everyone was very friendly and helpful with places to visit. We will definitely be back in the not too distant.
Lovely little lodge perfect for the 2 of us plus the dogs. The hot tub was put to good use especially after some of the coast walks. Short walks to the pub and the cafe at the local cove. If you want a dog friendly beach, gwynver beach is a short drive away the walk down to the beach is fairly steep in places but worth it.
Katherine
Fantastic relaxed stay at Borah Lodge far exceeded our expectations. Hot tub was particularly welcome ! Highly recommend
Lesley
This property exceeded our expectations. Well equipped and very comfy. The hot tub and garden was lovely and very peaceful. You would not have known we were on a working farm. If we come to this part of Cornwall again we would not hesitate to stay here. Plus the welcome scones jam and cream were fantastic. Thankyou to Margaret and your team
A great location with lovely views. Accommodation was everything we hoped for and more. The owners was friendly and shared their knowledge of the area when asked. Will definitely return.
Perfect, quiet location and Borah Lodge very comfortable, warm and equipped with everything needed. Made to feel very welcome from the lovely owners and family. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend and would certainly try and stay here again if in the area. Thank you
Borah lodge is so lovely. We wished we had longer. Really well equipped perfect for couples. The only thing we found disappointing in the comfort of the bed. We just feel the mattress could be updated. Other than than we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Rebecca Louise
We had the best time here, very relaxing and lots to do. Just wanted to mention that the window in the living room next to the TV seemed to leak when it was raining, just wanted to mention so it can be fixed! Other than that all good things to say.
Fabulous lodge in an ideal setting for a couple looking for a relaxing holiday with dogs. Cream tea and flowers to greet us on our arrival a lovely touch. Location close to many of the local attractions. Now if someone could just do something about the route traffic appalling everything would be perfect.
ANDREW
All good and as expected, accommodation was excellent and the owners very welcoming. Would recommend Borah Lodge to all couples wanting peace and quiet but good to use as a base as wee did.
Robert
The lodge was ready for us when we arrived, even though we were slightly earlier than planned. Everything was very clean and had clearly been thoroughly disinfected prior to our arrival. There were delicious scones, jam and cream waiting for us, along with fresh milk, which were very welcome touches above and beyond what we would have expected. The hottub was superb, every bit as enjoyable as anticipated, and the cover meant that we did not have to worry about the weather when we were making use of it! Would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone, fantastic place to stay, great location, everything was in very easy reach!
Joanna
This is our second time visiting this lovely little lodge. Its perfect for us. Quiet location, decent private hot tub, beautiful walks in every direction. Dog friendly. We will certainly be back again.
Absolutely beautiful lodge. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Nice touch arriving to fresh flowers and cream scones. Loved the hot tub. Host was really helpful, especially with tips on local walks. Highly recommend Borah Lodge
What a lovely holiday we had in this gorgeous little lodge, we were greeted with scones, jam, cream and milk in the fridge which was lovely, great views, great location, immaculate condition, had everything we needed the hot tub and washing machine were a bonus! The lodge isnt to far away from Penzance which has quite a few shops an arcade, boat trips, and about 30 mins drive from Stives, A great shopping place called Truro with Superdrug, super dry etc, which is about an hour which isnt bad at all, There are plenty of places to go within driving distance! We will definitely be back! Sad to be home back to reality thank you so much to the owners for our perfect stay.

Borah Lodge was a very pleasant stay. The lodge was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. The addition of the Hot Tub made it really relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The views are very nice and it is in a very nice area. Close to Lamorna Cove, which is a very nice and pleasant Cove, wonderful for relaxing. The friendly Lamorna Pottery nearby offered a nice place for a cream tea or a light meal. Overall it has been a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would highly recommended this property.
Lauren
Borah Lodge was absolutely wonderful. Everything we wanted and needed! The lodge is set on a working farm, is tucked away in the corner and feels private. Its exactly as described and was cosy and warm. On arrival, the lodge was extremely clean and tidy. There was scones, jam and cream waiting for us and they were delicious! Harvey and coco, the farm spaniels are so sweet and friendly, we loved having them around to visit us! The hot tub is so relaxing and was much needed after a long day walking across the coastal paths. The lodge is situated in the best place possible for exploring south Cornwall. Mousehole and Penzance are about 15 mins away and Newlyn is a 510 min drive. Its the best place for fish and chips! St Ives is about 30 mins away and the amazing Kynance Cove and Lizard point is an hour away but well worth the drive. If you have a dog, Porth Kidney is the best beach around Highly recommend the Lake Side Cabin Cafe in Lelant for cream tea. The biggest and best cream tea and cakes we have ever had!! Overall, great location, relaxing, clean, tidy and exactly what we needed. Thank you!
The lodge was a small piece of heaven, well equipped, spotlessly clean, extremely comfy chairs and the bed was also comfy. Its well situated to get around local attractions and peaceful when you get back. We took dressing gowns with us to walk to and from the hot tub, which was perfect to sit in at the end of the day. The dogs enjoyed walking down to the cove, to the local standing stones and some of the right of ways available. We will definitely come back, also thank you for the milk and cream teas waiting for us when we got there. Can not recommend this lodge enough.
Whole lodge could do with a deep clean dust under bed on lamps in bedroom Window frames plug sockets quite dirty Could do with couple casserole dishes in kitchen also a plastic jug Slightly misleading on write up states fridge freezer fridge is in kitchen. Freezer in out building. So if raining bad get soaked going to it needs bit more outside lighting for when going to hot tub as have to go down steps which can be slippery Also could do with plastic glasses to use outside or in hot tub Very remote so if you want a quiet time which we did its ideal
We had such a lovely break, perfect location for walking the coast path. However beware the walk to mousehole is over boulders and if to try to go to the lighthouse dont go via Lamorna unless you are less than a size 14 as you wont get through those boulders!! Instead go via the fields! There was a cream tea waiting for us, which after a long drive was wonderful! The only thing that would have been better for us would have been an enclosed garden as our rescue dogs are not well trained!. However that will not put us off going again, fingers crossed, next year
Natalie
We had a lovely time at Borah Lodge. The hosts were there if we needed them but left us to our own devices. The lodge itself is everything we expected and more. The bed was the most comfortable weve ever experienced away from home, the lodge was beautifully warm, the hot tub awesome as it is undercover so when it rained we could still use it. We were met with fresh scones, jam, cream, tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. When booking this lodge I did have reservations about the two chairs in the front room instead of a sofa as my husband and I like to cuddle up when watching TV. We neednt have worried as the chairs were very comfortable and when pushed together we still felt close. Tv in the front room and bedroom were a good size and we moved the DVD player from front room to the bedroom when needed. Only draw back is that most things are a good 40 mins to hour drive away but we knew that when we booked. Fantastic lodge in every way!
Excellent choice. Margaret from Borah lodge rang me before we travelled to say that the hot tub was awaiting a part and wasnt expected for 10 days. However they had delivery of a Layz spa to replace it and gave us the option to have a look online at the model they had purchased , and to cancel if we werent happy. The replacement was excellent so we had the hot tub we wanted and a wonderful week. Lovely family, very friendly and helpful.
What a lovely place to stay. Great location especially for the coast path. The lodge had everything we needed and was secluded from other holiday cottages. The welcome was great and we had a very relaxing week in Cornwall with lovely weather just chilling out. Thank you
Samuel
Very nice lodge highly recommend, didnt say dogs had to be a minimum of 6 months
We arrived in beautiful sunshine and welcomed by a lovely couple ,which I'm very sorry but csnt remember they're names. Perfect place for dog walkers and access to some beautiful harbours. Unfortunately we hat to leave early for one reason or another ,but would love to return one day . Happy holidays Highly recommended
We had an amazing week at Borah Lodge, it's comfy and has everything you need for your holiday. There's lots of local walks, and it's central for days out to lots of places. We had a dip in the hot tub every evening, a perfect way to finish your day. We liked it so much we've already booked to go back next summer.
Jeramy
The great thing for us was the privacy and solitude. With the silence of the surroundings and the sense of seclusion within the precincts of the cottage it was possible to quite exclude the 21st century and retreat into a peace and quiet which is not easily found.
Sandie
It was perfect,
Richard
Such a nice location. Owners are very professional and very friendly. far exceeded our expectations. would not hesitate to recommend or book again.
