Emma
We had a lovely stay and everything we needed was there. The enclosed space was perfect for our 9-month-old puppy to run freelyand she loved the view. The facilities were spot on, with plenty of games to pass the time. The hot tub at night is a real treat! It’s a peaceful spot, with friendly hosts who gave us plenty of privacy but were happy to help if needed. Hartland Quay is just a short drive with some great walks. Would definitely come back!
Emma
We loved this cosy little cottage tucked away in the countryside. It was perfect for disconnecting from screens and enjoying simple pleasures like long walks and relaxing in the hot tub while watching tractors in the fields. The games in the garden, like darts and pool, kept us entertained too. Honestly, it’s a fantastic spot to unwind and escape everyday life. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend it to friends - such a lovely retreat!

We had a fantastic time staying here! The owners really thought of everything, especially in the kitchen - it was fully stocked with everything you could need. The rooms were cosy and cleanand the games room kept everyone entertained. The hot tub was the highlightand our dog loved watching the cows and zooming around the garden so much, it took four of us to get him into the car when it was time to leave. You’ll need a car to get to local pubs, but The Kings Arms is just a short drive and the food there is lovely. Definitely recommend!
Emma
Beautiful cottage with a charming garden, but a bit remote from most attractions. The views really are stunning!

Despite being on a working farm, it’s surprisingly peacefuland the views from the conservatory are breathtaking, stretching for miles. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave - it’s a real good place!

The location is great, with plenty of interesting spots to visit nearby-nice to explore both Cornwall and North Devon. We spent ages relaxing in the hot tuband the garden was super secure for our dog, who loved making friends with the cows! The owners’ dog came by too, which was a sweet touch. Definitely recommend!

This cottage really hits the spot! The hot tub is a real highlight, perfect after a day exploring. The kitchen is well stocked, making cooking easyand there are plenty of towels, so no fuss. We loved that the cows come right up to the fence - so fun, even if it’s not a working farm. The views from the back are breathtaking, especially at night with zero light pollution - star gazing is a must. The games room kept the kids entertainedand the ensuite bedroom was a real treat. Would definitely come back!
Emma
Honestly, we had a pretty good stay overall. The views from the cottage were stunning and really added to the experience. The kitchen was spot on, with everything we needed to cook some nice meals on the range cooker. The beds were comfyand the heating kept the place cosy, which was much appreciated. We did enjoy the jacuzzi despite the chilly winds outside. The Christmas decorations made it feel festive and special for ringing in the New Year. Shame about the games room though, a bit of a let-down.
Rachel
Really enjoyed our stay, lovely hot tub, friendly hostand some breathtaking coastal views too.
