About Sherway Shippen

Sherway Shippen is a charming, mid-terrace cottage situated in the rural setting of Clyst Hydon, Devon, boasting exceptional countryside views and a delightful garden with a hot tub. With off-road parking for two cars, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a tranquil escape.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by an open-plan area, where you can unwind on the plush seating or snuggle up in the armchair while watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV with Freeview. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Carry your conversations onto the garden, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio or relax on the graveled area, whilst the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. A convenient cloakroom with a WC and basin completes the ground floor layout.

As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two king-size bedrooms, both of which boast ample storage and TVs with Freeview for those lazy mornings in bed. The en-suite bathrooms offer a choice of a relaxing soak in the bath or a refreshing rinse in the shower, along with a basin and WC.

The farm also has a gift shop, a coffee shop and a wildlife garden as well as a pet's area with Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.
