Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Adjacent to this, you will find an inviting living/dining room, complete with a Smart TV and Netflix, perfect for relaxing nights in after a day of exploring the local area, here you can enjoy the character of the room as you warm your feet beside the woodburning stove.

For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, head up to the mezzanine floor where you will find a games room with a TV and Xbox plus some board games, sure to provide hours of entertainment. When it's time to retire for the night, choose from five beautifully presented bedrooms; a super-king-size, two king-size, one double, and a twin, all offering a serene space to rest and recharge.

The property also benefits from two sleek shower rooms, each boasting a walk-in shower, providing ample space for everyone to prepare for their day. Outside, the non-enclosed garden is a real treat, featuring a tranquil pond and a splendid hot tub, perfect for unwinding under the stars, the garden furniture and lawn provide a lovely spot for alfresco dining or simply enjoying the fresh air!

Plus, with direct access to local walks, this property is a haven for wildlife and outdoor enthusiasts, the path through the National Trust owned woods adjacent to the property lead to the Wales Coast path and the Menai Straits just 400 meters away, fallow deer, endless birdlife, and rare plants thrive in the wild woods nearby. Y Felinheli is a lovely village with a historic slate dock now operating as a marina, pubs, convenience stores, and lovely cafes, as well as access to the Wales Coastal Path.

Welsh Mountain Zoo - LL28 5UY

Located in the North of Wales with a spectacular setting high above Colwyn Bay this is a lovely zoo which makes an excellent family day out.  Highlights include the Chimp Encounter, Penguin Parades, Bear Falls and the Children's Farm.  The setting is perfect for walking around and you can take in the superb scenery, roam the wooded pathways and relax on the grassy slopes.  There are many rare and endangered species to see and learn about including the Snow Leopards and the Red Pandas not to mention the Sumatran Tigers. You can also buy the experience of being a zoo keeper for a day, either for yourself or as a gift.
