Lovely little cottage. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Hosts , John and Nicola were extremely welcoming , friendly and helpful . Lovely touches like homemade cake, prosecco, milk and fresh flowers awaiting us on arrival. Lots to see and do in the local area.

Lovely apartment, all on the ground floor, fully equipped with all one could need. Oven simple to operate, two miles from Criccieth where there are shops, eating places and a healthy walk by the sea. We enjoyed amazing weather which was the icing on the cake. The hosts were on site, made us very welcome. Probably one of the best accommodation we have had and we have been to many. We'll done and highly recommended!!
Second time we've stayed and it was as good as the first. Nicola and John are first class host's , nothing is too much trouble for them. Would highly recommended the property, it's in a wonderful location for seeing the surrounding area.

The cottage was lovely, home from home, and the owners very caring and nearby if help required. A real bonus was the home made Bara Brith provided by the owners and the bottle of Prosecco which made us feel very welcome. We would recommend this property to any couple who want a very comfortable, excellently finished and equipped dwelling in this lovely part of North Wales. Thank you Paul & Pat Arnold.

Absolutely perfect little find. Great location for exploring. Property was extremely well maintained, clean and comfortable with a fabulous edition of the welcoming treats and hot tub which really made our holiday. It is well equipped and comfortable with the friendly welcoming owners having provided everything required for an enjoyable stay including the little extras! A superb small cottage size just about right for a couple. The property is well equipped and presented in a beautiful area ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside. John and Nicola were the perfect host's nothing too much trouble. The hot tub in a small enclosed area is ideal to wind down in the evening. The hot tub is a real bonus perfect for starlit nights to end a day exploring the local area. Nicola and John are welcoming hosts, providing friendly advice if needed. The cottage is perfectly situated in the quiet village of Llanystumdwy, away from the hustle and bustle, and within walking distance of the beach, coastal path and Criccieth. This is a beautiful cottage, nothing wanting in my opinion. A lovely warm welcome from Nicola and John along with the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, homemade fruit cake and the makings for coffee,tea and milk. The hot tub is a big bonus, which I must admit we used every day. The area is delightful with many surrounding areas to visit. If you want a visit to North Wales I definitely recommend you book into this cottage.
