Farmer Gows - SN7 8DA

Farmer Gows is a recommended attraction in the Faringdon area of Oxfordshire and will be especially suited to families with young children. The little ones will love coming to see the farm animals including pigs, cows and lambs. The meet the animals session takes place every day and includes handling the animals, walking the goats, feeding the pigs and cows and egg collecting. Look out for special seasonal events throughout the year such as the Halloween Party, Lambing and children's workshops. The latest news from the farm is that they have some Saddleback piglets and Speckledy chicks arriving shortly.
Longleat Safari and Adventure Park - BA12 7NW

You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme. This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car. Some of the highlights include the zebras, the wallabies in wallaby wood and the sea lion escorted cruise to Gorilla Island. And of course the magnificent lions and tigers are a must see. This really is an animal experience with a difference and you can save money by booking your tickets online. This attraction is open until the end of October.
