Lypmscott barn is a great place for a large group to enjoy a break away! Plenty of indoor space where we could all sit around in the communal garden without being on top of each other and outdoor space where the children could play on their bikes & scooters and also walk around the farm to look at the cows and calves in their barns. The barn was spacious and we enjoyed everyminute at the barn. Driving In the country side was amazing. Kids enjyoned seeing the cows milked. Overall fantastic place to stay.

Despite the Great British weather, we had a fabulous week. Lympscott Barn is built for maximum comfort, plenty of room for our four granddaughters to play, whilst we enjoyed the comfort of the whole place, including the hot tub. The farm life surrounding the barn fascinated the children, and was strangely comforting. A fabulous place to celebrate m y husbands 60th birthday, we definitely recommend a stay here, and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Perfect venue to celebrate my 60th birthday with family. We were greeted by Caroline as arranged who made us feel very welcome. The house exceeded my expectations even though it looks amazing in the pictures. The ground floor bedroom with a wet room was perfect for my elderly parents, and very soundproof from the living area. Everywhere was spotles sly clean and comfortably warm (November). The hot tub was a nice addition. We all had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property.

Very rural and peaceful (other than the cows at milking time). Easy access to surfing beaches, but sadly Tamar Lakes were closed during our visit. We were surprised that there was no cleaning in the middle of our two week stay.

Lympscott Barn was everything we could have dreamed of. The owners were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The barn was well equipped for the 13 members of our family who were with us - ranging from 81 down to 12. We loved Sandymouth Beach 20 minutes drive away and enjoyed walking on the coast path. The games room, lawn area for badminton cricket etc and the hot tub were all perfect. I highly recommend this property.

We were a family of 10 adults and 2 dogs staying over the Xmas week. Absolutely loved the open plan kitchen, dinning room and lounge. We had planned on lighting the log fire, but the house was so warm we didn't need it. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms/en-suites for everyone. We booked the barn for our whole family following a cancellation the year before due to Covid. It's the first time we've ever all stayed together and it was very special. Very well equipped, lovely and cosy and warm! Lots of room for the grandchildren to play too. The hot tub is a great addition as was the games room. Great to have towels provided too. Although right next door to the owner's property, felt very private and although a working farm, very little noise. We would love to return !!
