This spot is perfect for big family get-togethers! Very cosy and welcoming. We all had a great time, especially the kids - our little one loved seeing the calves and cows, which was a nice touch. Felt really safe for the little ones too. Definitely recommend for a relaxed family weekend away. We’ll be back!
Emma Roberts
We loved staying here! The house felt just like a home away from home - really well equipped and cosy. The owners were super friendly but left us to enjoy our holiday in peace, only checking in when we needed help. The location is a bit remote, with narrow country lanesand the farm itself means there can be quite a few flies around. It’s a fair drive to the beach and shops, around half an hour. Beds weren’t the comfiest, but overall, a lovely stay!
Jamie
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautifully kept and feels luxurious, with everything fitted to a high standard. Bude’s beaches are a quick 20-minute drive, perfect for day trips. The games room was a bonus when the weather turned a bit dull. Lovely place!
Jane
We had a lovely time at this charming cottage for a family 90th celebration. It was spotless and spacious, with super comfy beds. The kids enjoyed the games roomand it was lovely watching the cows come in for milking-such a cute touch!
Sarah

We had a great stay! The open-plan downstairs made hanging out easyand the hot tub was a lovely bonus after long countryside walks. Towels were warm and ready in the airing cupboard, which was a nice touch. The owner responded swiftly to all our questions. Definitely recommend this place for families or friends wanting a relaxing getaway. We’d come back for sure!

The cottage was spacious and perfect for our group, but it definitely needs some sprucing up to match the quality of other places we've stayed in.
Emma Collins
We had a fantastic time at Lypmscott Barn! It’s perfect for big groups since there’s plenty of indoor space to hang outand the outdoor area is great for kids to ride bikes and scooters. We loved wandering around the farm and seeing the cows and calves in their barns. The hosts were lovely and really accommodating, even letting us check in early when we asked. They were also around if we needed anything, which was a big help. Overall, a lovely place for a relaxed break with friends or family!

We had a wonderful time at Lympscot Barn! Johnny and Caroline were so welcoming and friendly. The barn had everything we needed - milk, coffee, sugar, tea - it was spot on. The spacious place made us feel right at homeand exploring the countryside was just gorgeous. Kids loved watching the cows being milked too. Great stay overall!
Claire
This venue was ideal for celebrating my 60th birthday with family. Caroline welcomed us as planned and made us feel right at home. The house surpassed my expectations, even though it looks fantastic in the photos. The ground floor bedroom with a wet room was perfect for my elderly parentsand it was really quiet from the living area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and comfortably warm for November. The hot tub was a lovely touch. We all had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend this property!
Emma
We booked the barn for our whole family after having to cancel last year because of Covid. This was the first time we’ve all stayed togetherand it felt really special. The place is very well equipped, lovely, cosyand warm! There was loads of room for the grandchildren to play around. The hot tub is a fantastic addition, plus the games room was a big hit. It was great to have towels provided too. Even though it's right next to the owner's property, we felt really privateand despite being on a working farm, there was hardly any noise. We would absolutely love to go back!
