It was a great location, completely private and not overlooked, great value for money
Samantha
We had the best stay here! Perfect for both our dogs, and the location was brilliant and boasted the most stunning views. The advertised pictures really dont do it justice. We stay in a lot of cottages around Devon but this by far had the best hot tub views. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a remote/peaceful location and will defRead moreinitely be staying again! Hide
Shannon
Absolutely brilliant break away in a fantastic place. Everything we needed was there. If we ran out of anything just had to send a text and it arrived within an hour.
Sharon
Lovely secluded shepherd hut, beautiful view, great base for visiting other areas in Devon
Rebecca
Absolutely loved our stay here, we came with the expectation of it being like glamping and we were not disappointed. The bed was very comfy and the hot tub was glorious. The garden being enclosed was a massive help as dogs could just run free (there is an acorn tree though so be careful if your dog scavenges). Everything was really well equipped an d clean. Wonderful shower room with always warm water, yes it is separate but its no issue.
Owen
Would of really loved some more lighting especially around the garden and hot tub which would of really homed in the comfort and setting of the environment, made it very dark and hard to see out during the later hours of the evening, wasnt very happy when other huts had that luxury and we didnt, especially when we paid 700 for 4 nights. Just felt l ike more care and thought could have been applied to really make this hut something really special.
Edward
What a fantastic secluded hideaway with superb views and unmatched privacy. Jenny and her husband were the perfect hosts and remedied our one and only niggle with the utmost speed. We enjoyed it so much, despite the poor weather, we will have a return visit next year.
Andrew
Outstanding location.
Russell
Lovely Views from the Hot Tub The buildings were different, very quirky. Ideal for a relaxing break
Jeremy
beautiful location for a holiday very peaceful.bed was comfortable if a bit to cosy. our week was spoilt by very high winds causing alot of draughts and tree branches banging on the roof all night.we were not aware when booking that going to the toilet involves going outside and walking 30 ft to the toilet and shower.hence sadly we went home after 3 nights of our 7 night stay . the owners were very nice and dealt with a couple of issues promptly and also supplied a nice bottle of prosecco
Noel
Absolute gem! Perfect for escaping the stresses of everyday life. Very well equipped kitchen, bedroom was lovely and warm. The whole place is full of character. The hot tub with the amazing views really put the icing on the cake. Five star is not enough, definitely will return. Many thanks.
Danny
Wonderful stay in a perfectly peaceful setting. Spectacular views, and such a unique accommodation. We will most definately be re-booking and have already recommended many friends that have asked the question after social media posts etc. 2nd time here and most certainly will not be the last.
Heather
This location is our happy place. It is restorative. You can do as much or as little as you want in this area. Some days we just chilled at the farm . A walk , a hot tub( or 3) and lunch on the terrace. And this was February for goodness sake! Thank you. You will never know how needed this was x
Stephanie
Me my partner and dog had such a lovely stay here. Beautiful surroundings, much needed peace and quiet! The shepards huts had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and it was lovely to have a bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge for us! We will definitely be going back!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. The bed was probably the comfiest one I've ever slept in. Plenty warm enough in both lodges. Stunning spacious decking with views. The hot tub was lovely and warm. I would love to stay there in the spring or summer to make the most of it. Great having the enclosed garden for my 2 little dogs and felt very private .
Karl

Lovely quite location, pretty central. Doggy loved the space to run around and play, very private and left alone to enjoy, but knew owners were available if/when we had a small query. Would definitely stay with this owner again. Thanks for a great get away location.

Megan
A beautiful hut with excellent facilities. The lounge/kitchen area was cosy and warm, with brilliant cooking facilities. The bathroom was excellent with a good, hot shower. The hot tub was lovely after a day out walking the hills, with a view to die for. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing time in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!
Alvin
Beautiful, breathtaking and wonderful
Rebecca
Wow!! Simply put this was the most beautiful and relaxing mini break we have had in years. The cabin and shepherd hut are decorated so tastefully and has everything you could need. We were surprised at just how modern things were with ample plug sockets, a beautiful equipped and heated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen I could go on. The views are stunning and waking up to the sound of the cows was a real treat. At night its blissfully peaceful with the odd hello from the owl. Amazing!!
Mathew
Our cottage experience was amazing and my only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Hopefully we get to stay here again! The cottage was clean and comfortable (and warm, which was the only reservation we had before booking this place), and we were impressed with the facilities, including the hot tub. The cottage is located in the middle of country side (felt we had privacy) and the scenery was nice to wake up to every day. Exeter was 30 mins drive and the beaches about an hour away.
Amanda
Gorgeous location, perfect for a relaxing holiday, our dog Jess loved the garden. Kitchen/living area was very well quipt and the shepards hut was very cosy for sleeping. Wonderful holiday here, would thoroughly recommend.
Martin
Ideal for anyone who wants to get away from it all, perfect for peace and relaxation. Soaking in the hot tub gazing at the countryside is what this cottage is all about. Nice circular walk with a footpath around the farm takes about 45 minutes. Quite a way to get to the nearest shops, but has a big fridge freezer so you could take all your food and not leave for a week. Great for the dog well enclosed even if he did like to get under the decking.
