Beautiful cottage. The hosts were lovely & very welcoming. We felt very at home and enjoyed the hot tub and tennis court! Would love to come back & spend longer here.
Lisa
Fabulous location and quality of property
Paul
We had a fantastic week staying with family and could not wish for better.
Stephanie
A lovely house with lots of equipment for group cooking and plenty of bathrooms. Walks available right from the house. There are sheep in the field next to the garden and only a wire fence with quite large holes, so not advisable for all dogs. Dogs required to be kept downstairs only, so should be ok with some separation.
Carly
Our family had the most fantastic time at the house, we were amazed to find such a beautiful property that would accept 5 dogs! Beautifully clean, lots of space and the most wonderful location. With 7 adults and 5 dogs we never felt under each others feet and the large kitchen/dining room was great! Hide

We had a lovely stay, the property was in a great location and offered spacious accommodation for our party of 7 and 4 dogs. The hot tub was a lovely bonus and was used daily. The Dutch Barn is dog friendly but dogs are not allowed upstairs which did cause us a few issues coming from a bungalow where our dogs are used to being on the same level as Read moreus not separated away. We had a wonderful time. Our party came from across the globe to celebrate my 60th birthday.

With 7 adults & 5 dogs it was hard to find a cottage, but we were over the moon when we found the Old Dutch Barn. The space is well designed for groups everything is of high quality. We cooked a lot and as well as having a stunning view across the countryside, the kitchen was well stocked with top quality equipment that made cooking a breeze. It wa s extremely clean and little touches like the robes, games and dog bowls were appreciated. We all agreed it was perfect and would love to stay again!
Sarah
The Cottage was amazing. The kitchen was so big with plenty of cutlery and crockery to cook a large family meal. We loved having breakfast in there in the morning as there was plenty seats at the table for all of us to sit around the table. The living room was very spacious and the views were beautiful. It was so nice to sit an look at the sheep ou t of the back patio window so close to the Cottage. The bedrooms were perfect for our family especially the master bedroom. Loved it all.
Stephen

What a beautiful Dutch barn! We visited in February with friends and their dogs. A sad time for us as we had suddenly lost ours and he was missed as he would have loved it! A lovely new barn with everything you need for a relaxing stay beautiful views. Comfy beds and lounge with log burner. Be careful how many logs you put on as it can get too toas ty:) Get hot tub for relaxng. Set 5/7 minutes outside the village with a great little well stocked corner londis and a pub over the road.
Sarah
Beautiful property, we were there in a January and the area as flooded in parts, so our walks were limited. couldnt really access the hot tub as the garden was completely sodden, it was like a mud bath! Would be better if there was a better path to the tub! Theres 30 extra charge to use the hot tub? still had to wait 24hrs until hot! local pub is o k for drinks but the food is awful and very expensive. drove to Lyme Regis which is lovely great beach for our dogs and lovely places to eat.
Bridgette
Fabulous place 7 stars for me !!!
Joan
An immaculate and very comfortably furnished property. We loved the generous provision of luxury bath robes per person!! And we made full use of both the hot tub and the tennis court. A Christmas to remember!
Clare

We had a fabulous family holiday at The Old Duch Barn. Everywhere was immaculate and equipt for a large family. This was a great location to relax and unwind. It has a hot tub and access to a tennis court too. As a family with dogs, there were some wonderful local walks. We went to the local pub in the village for a meal. It is very quiet and has s ome lovely local cider. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and the hosts are very helpful too. Can highly recommend.
Jayne
Wonderful venue for a multi generation family holiday and 5 dogs. Lovely secure garden for children and dogs, and we loved the hot tub. Close enough to village and pubs.
John
Could not really ask for anything more. Excellent.
Michael
Beautiful barn with stunning views over open countryside and a warm welcome from the owners. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen and the barn is kept spotlessly clean by Sue, who couldnt have been more helpful. Beds are really comfortable and the large, fenced garden ensured our small poodle couldnt escape. He thoroughly enjoyed making t he most of the space and the lovely local walks, just as much as our daughters loved their evenings relaxing in the hot tub. A truly wonderful week.
Bernard
The Old Dutch Barn just cannot be faulted in any way. Spotlessly cleaned and very well equipped. Location is ideal for visiting attractions and places in North Somerset. The hot tub was a welcome bonus to relax after a day out. I cannot emphasis enough how good this accommodation is and would have no hesitation at all in recommending The Old Dutch Barn.
Ceri
The old dutch barn truly is a great holiday cottage for humans and dogs. The property is absolutely spotless and amenities are top notch. The large enclosed garden was great for our dog and having access to a tennis court meant we got plenty of exercise during our stay. The location is perfect, peaceful with beautiful views, but very close to the v illage of north curry which has a local shop, pub and tea room. The owner was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great holiday.
Steven
Lovely cottage in a lovely village. Friendly very helpful owner. Hot tub and use of tennis court much appreciated. We had a small problem at start of holiday that was swiftly dealt with. Great holiday.
Nicola
Lovely barn in beautiful location. Great escape for a family catch up. Hosts were on hand to respond to any request. Would definitely return.
Debbie
Lovely property, perfect for a family gathering. Spotlessly clean. Garden was enclosed and really safe for children and dogs. Wood for the wood burner was onsite to purchase at a reasonable price Host was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble Would definitely recommend
Darren
Brilliant base to explore Somerset and such lovely accommodation. It is a wonderful conversion and felt very homely for our party of 8 and 1 infant. Easy M5 access and short drive to Taunton. We enjoyed our day visiting Thatchers Cider. The village pub served excellent food. Nice to chill in the hot tub and the use of the tennis court. Modern kitch en is a great social area and the log burner in the lounge was a toasty addition. All in all a brilliant property to use - well done Jim.
Lynn

We loved our stay at The Dutch Barn! The house itself is gorgeous, the hot tub a fantastic addition - especially for a cold & wet January weekend! We really enjoyed the location as well, loved being surrounded by countryside, but close enough to so many places of interest. And Jim, the owner, is always on hand for any help or questions. We will ret urn.
