We had a lovely weekend at the Dutch Barn with friends and our three dogs. Jim was super helpful, always quick to reply and even let us check in early, which was a lifesaver. The barn itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and hot showers that never ran out of water. The views are breathtakingand there are plenty of dog-friendly walks right on your doorstep. We also enjoyed a couple of local pubs, The Bird in Hand and The Rising Sun, both within walking distance and serving tasty food. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It’s well-equipped for group cooking and has plenty of bathrooms, which was great. The walks from the doorstep are fantasticand seeing the sheep next door was a lovely touch. Just a heads up, the fence isn’t secure for all dogsand they need to stay downstairs, but overall, a lovely place!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The house was super clean and spacious, perfect for our family and 5 dogs. The location is stunning, with plenty of scenic walks nearby-definitely a highlight. The garden with the hot tub was a real treatand we loved having access to the tennis court. Luckily, the weather was kind, so we could enjoy the outdoors and relax at the cosy pub afterwards. The big kitchen and dining area made everything so easy with 7 adults. We’d definitely come back!
Alex
We really enjoyed our time here. The location was spot on, making it easy to explore the area. The place was spacious enough for our group of 7 plus 4 dogs, which was perfect. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and got plenty of use! The Dutch Barn welcomes dogs, but the upstairs area isn’t accessible for them, which was a bit tricky since we’re used to having our dogs on the same level as us. Still, overall a lovely stay!
Emma Clarke
