Wonderful stay here. Huge bedrooms, lovely size kitchen with a fab table for dining. Snooker table was great though the cues weren't good we ended up buying our own, pool was lovely as was hot tub. Everything in this farmhouse you could possibly want for a big family holiday, 14 of us, stunning swimming pool, hot tub also a favourite as was the games room and the skittle alley. We had a wonderful stay at Kibbear Farmhouse celebrating my husbands 70th birthday, the accommodation was very spacious and with 14 of us staying there we never once felt on top of each other. There is plenty to do to keep everyone entertained from swimming, skittles, snooker, a hot tub as well as a play area, which all got plenty of use. Weve just had a great weekend with friends staying at the farmhouse . Had great fun with all the facilities it has . I would advise to take your own snooker cues as there was only one . but Mrs Parris saved the day by locating more for us . Great well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean rooms . Curfew on the skittles and snooker room which has a strict 10pm finish but over all I would definitely recommend staying here .

This is a spacious and really well equipped location. The pool is an obvious draw for the children - our youngest grandchild swam without armbands for the first time here! The snooker table had been re-covered and the oldest grandchild made progress in getting to pot the balls under supervision. The house was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The local shop was within walking distance as well as the pub. Both were warm, friendly and inviting.
