Beach Ahoy must be one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in. The house was spotlessly clean with every requirement needed and more. Beds so comfortable and the attention to detail throughout the house was amazing. Elaine the owner thought of everything (thank you Elaine) to make our holiday just perfect. A welcoming bottle of Prosecco w hich we thoroughly enjoyed in the hot tub was sheer bliss . Our dog even had his own bath towels , outside shower and doggie treats . Coming back!

Absolutely fantastic place and dog friendly Superb location for the beach and a outdoor tap to keep the dogs nice and clean. This was our second visit to beach Ahoy and is our favourite place to visit
Mary
Super house with everything we needed, and more. Weather wasn't great but having a very comfortable house to relax in between the downpours was a bonus. A five minute walk to a totally dog friendly, sandy beach. Instow is very quiet, which suited us. Great deli, John's, and The Boathouse is wonderful to sit and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. Glorious Oyster round the corner does great crab rolls. Yes, I would highly recommend this house and we would come back. Thank you!
Colin

Excellent house near to the beach and amenities. Our second time staying at this property & will be booking for next year. Hot tub is a real bonus plus amazing weather.
Andrea
Beautiful house in a quiet cul de sac, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the Tarka Trail. The house is really well equipped and has a sunny, secure garden, great for us dog owners, and the hot tub was a bonus. Absolutely loved the location, and if you love riding a bike this is the place to do it. We walked most days from the door. Amazing scenery and sunsets just yards away. Loved the essence of the village too, not over commercialised but welcoming, with a choice of eating places.
Kevin
A lovely modern house
Lynn
First class accommodation in every way possible.
Dawn
The place was absolutely spotless. The underfloor heating keeps the house so warm and cosy. It is well equipped and there is everything you need for a family week away. The location is not right on the beach as I thought, but a short walk along the road, which for us wasnt much of an issue. The road can be busy though, so just be aware if you have young children and also the road noise affects the garden as it backs on to it, the garden does feel private though as there is tall hedging.
Michael
A Very nice house and very comfortable we loved staying there.
Maria
Really lovely place to stay. Close to the beach and the pub. Excellent dog friendly area/beach/pubs Will return.
Francoise
Lovely property. Would recommend to anyone. Good location near the beach, Tarka trail and village shop and restaurants.
Jackie
A beautiful and well equipped property in a lovely location only a few steps to the lovely beach at Instow would not hesitate to book this property again
