We loved the house! Just a quick 5-minute walk to the beachand it’s so well presented. The location near Instoe beach and local pubs was perfect. Everything we needed was there, even towels for the dogs after a muddy walk. Honestly, no complaints at all - everything was spot on. Thanks for having us!

Honestly, we loved this place! The location is spot on, just a quick walk to a really dog-friendly beach, which was perfect for us. The sea views from a couple of windows are lovely and really add to the cosy feel. Instow itself is tiny but charming, with a few pubs and a cute cafe. We barely left the house, honestly, we were so comfy and happy there. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy holiday home in a charming village. It’s a nice walk to the beachand there are some lovely countryside walks nearby. The property itself was spotless and comfortable, with the hot tub adding a special touch. The only minor issue was the parking - it’s only suitable for one carand it’s not quite right next to the house as described. Still, a lovely getaway overall!
