This charming studio apartment is situated in 1.3 acres of land near the ownerÂ’s home in the village of Polgooth, two miles from St Austell. Ideal for a romantic break and perfectly located for visiting Cornwall's top attractions such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project and close to the beautiful villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown.

This apartment has an open plan living accommodation with a double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is also a shower room and all beautifully furnished throughout, so you will have everything you need for a comfortable and quiet break away.

Outside there are two private patios where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a refreshing drink whilst planning your next dayÂ’s adventures. Polgooth is well known to locals for the famous 16th century classic Cornish pub, the Polgooth Inn, serving the very best local produce and excellent locally brewed ales.

Set in a beautiful rural valley the pub is open all day every day and a visit to your local will show you why many people travel from around the County to enjoy the experience provided. With cosy fires throughout the winter, to sitting out in the garden listening to live music in the summer, this splendid pub is steeped in history and is a must visit.

For days out you are spoilt for choice with the famous leading attractions as well as the many fishing villages for which the south coast of Cornwall is justly famous all close by and within a short drive. Its was a lovely quiet spot , our host were friendly and we felt very welcome. The area is steeped in history , and with so many things to do and see our holiday flew by.

As i said to the owner the shower is not that easy to operate or switch fully off. Keep it simple as its one of those fancy ones which will always create problems. Thats all the pointers i have. It had everthing you needed for a truly relaxing peaceful Holiday. Location easy to find and so central to all Cornwall treasures. Hot tub and pool fantastic. Play area for the dog great top and bottom. Host best i have had the pleasure dealing with. The maltesers,coffeequalitywine,milk was so much appreciated. would love come back again perhaps. We have just got home from a fabulous stay at Chapel Green Studio in St. Austell. Cornwall.Julia & David made us so welcome. We would definitely recommend to family & friends & we would definitely go back. They have a wonderful place beautiful surroundings,very peaceful, Millie our spaniel loved it too,she made herself at home. It was definitely home from home.

All i can say the garden and property is well kept. The studio is very well equiped , the jacuzzie was great and i noticed it was emptied and cleand twice while we were there. Dogs are more than welcome . Will we stay again Most Defentely.

Beautiful cottage, everything you need is included, especially in the kitchen. The hosts are very easy to get ahold of on WhatsApp and very very helpful. Cottage is always warm and cosy. Jacuzzi and pool are always nice and warm too. We stayed for 7 nights, we did not want to leave! Highly recommend this cottage and the hosts.

Excellent studio, very well equipped, and a lovely welcome pack, the best ever! Bonus was the swimming pool and jacuzzi . Lovely views over the countryside. Very helpful and pleasant owners. Good location to visit different areas. Excellent village pub. Perhaps add to the property description, that there is a very steep walk back from the village which may be difficult for the less mobile, however only five minutes by car.

We enjoyed our stay. Couple of negatives. The bathroom. Shower is on the small side and there is nowhere to put toiletries etc. A couple of shelves would be useful. The large plant in.the dining area is far too big and impedes the seating area. Everything else very positive. Thank.you.

Our studio apartment was excellent. It was spotless and spacious with a patio. It had everything we needed ,including the added luxury of a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The only thing we would have preferred was a firmer bed due to back issues. One of 3 cottages in the grounds, we enjoyed our privacy. It was set in beautifully maintained gardens. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly to us and our dog, and lived on site, which was really good. We arrived to find a bottle of Prosecco , milk and a box of chocolates in our fridge, which was a lovely touch, especially after a long journey. A fabulous stay in a great location.

This is a fanastic property in a brilliant location for exploring this part of Cornwall. The property is well equipped and the onsite swimming pool is a bonus. A delightful place to stay The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Very kind and thoughtful hosts who dealt with a problem quickly and efficiently. A good base from which to explore the county.

We spent a week at end of April 2022 at Chapel Green Studio with our labrador. Julia and David made us feel totally at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The welcome pack of eggs, milk, chocs and prosecco was a lovely gesture. The garden was secure for the dog and the setting is peaceful and stunning. The indoor pool a great plus. Mevagissey is 5 miles away and not to far to other beaches. Polgooth Inn is dog friendly and their pizzas were amazing. All in all a fabulous break. Thank you. We will be definitely be back.

What a lovely, comfortable studio apartment. Everything and more that you need is there. Lovely friendly and helpful owners. Nice welcome with eggs, milk, chocolates, and Prosecco provided! My girlfriend and I and our 2 dogs spent 3 nights here and didnt want to leave. Close to shops and a lovely pub within walking distance, great scenery and central to so many other places if interest. Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages. You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones. Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors. Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.
