Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area, where you can unwind on the inviting seating and enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The designated chef of the group will be delighted with the well-equipped kitchen, boasting an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with an ice box, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.

Gather around the dining table, seating four, for a sociable meal or a fun-filled game night. As the evening draws to a close, retire to one of the two inviting bedrooms, a double and a twin, offering a calming space to rest after a day of adventures.

Freshen up in the sleek shower room, equipped with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, ensuring a warm and snug experience. Step outside to the non-enclosed garden, where you can enjoy a coffee on the patio, or let the children run free on the lawn.

The outdoor furniture provides a perfect spot for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the Cornish sun. During your stay, immerse yourself in the local attractions nearby which are sure to capture your interest.

Wander through the wondrous Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens and the National Trust - Trengwainton Garden, and marvel at the exhibitions within Penlee House Gallery & Museum, and the Newlyn Art Gallery. Paradise Park - TR27 4HY

Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.

Land's End is one of Britain's best loved landmarks with its unique location offering breathtaking scenery and great natural splendour. The site has been developed to offer five family friendly attractions including an exhibition centre currently showing a fantastic Dr Who exhibition - a must for fans of the show. Other attractions include Scull Rock - A 4D film experience and Greeb Farm - A small animal farm which is sure to be a big hit with younger children. Inclusive tickets for all attractions are excellent value with a family of four costing just £25.00

A fantastic attraction with something for everyone.  Combining rides, activities and exhibitions it's all here in the one place. Look out for seasonal events too such as the Fire in the Sky event on 27th October 2010 - discount advance tickets are available for most of the events so don't forget to check out their website.  Some of the most popular thrill rides include the first Twisting Droptower in the UK called the Skyraker 001.  The Hornert Rollercoaster is also not to be missed.
The Rock Gardens, Caves and Nursery - TQ5 9HG

The Rock Gardens Caves and Nursery have an amazing setting in the old Palace Quarry. The gardens offer an abundance of trees, plants and floral displays including a very grand 80ft Elm Tree and a stunning Weeping Ash. The site also offers a large carp pond, a breathtaking illuminated cave and a tea room serving tasty local produce.
Newquay Zoo - TR7 2NN

The award winning Newquay Zoo makes a fun family day out in North Cornwall.  With over 130 different species of animals to see and plenty of fun activities for the kids this attraction is ideal.  Recent additions to the zoo include the African Savanna and the Madagascan Walkthrough exhibit.  Kids will love the play area, face painting, tarzan trail and animal encounters.  Different events tale place throughout the year such as the Halloween Zoo Boo family fun event on 31st October.
Dairyland Farm World - TR8 5AA

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.
