Such a wonderful house. Has everything youd need. In a wonderful peaceful location. Everyone on the farm are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The hot tub followed by relaxing in front of the log fire is the perfect end to busy days exploring Cornwall. We were very sad to leave and hope to return soon.

Our 4th stay, the cottage and its location are perfect. The Crown a short walk and a short drive to Polkerris and Fowey. Our dogs love the garden, they looked as sad as us to be going home!

Lovely place. We lived in the bright, airy conservatory. Lovely well looked after dog friendly garden. We met the nine new calves!! Beautiful fishing lake - we caught two mid-sized tench and two great 9lb common carp in the 90 mins or so we were on the lake (after my son pre-baited for a few days). The very nice local pub The Crown Inn is a five miRead morenute drive away. We had a lovely meal there. Some of the lanes around the farm are a bit tight so be careful and drive slowly. We had a lovely comfortable stay at this cottage. Temperature was just right, beds comfy. Not alot of pressure on the shower and toilet flushes weak as they use septic tanks. Owners were very friendly. The cottage was cosy & homely. Beds comfortable. Only downside was the shower wasn't very powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved that the living room chairs reclined, this saved a lot of arguments with the kids. The kids and dog loved the garden. They also loved filling the bird feeder up & watching them ev ery morning. Only suggestion would be to block the side of the balcony as our dog kept going under it. Hot tub was amazing! We had a great time!
Stuart
Lovely property had everything we needed in a very peaceful setting. Hot tub was wonderful and well maintained! Very nice pub in walking distance. Plenty of dog friendly beaches a short drive away.
Marie
Everything perfect. Owners very friendly & had a brilliant holiday so peaceful & relaxing. Hope too return in the near future.
Fiona
A charming place to unwind and relax in the beautiful garden or the hottub. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but not so far away from some lovely places to visit. Everything is catered for thoughtfully-a home from home really. Thankyou so much Fiona H.
Deborah
We enjoyed a very relaxing week at the cottage. Good sized accommodations suitable for 4 adults - but would be great for families twin room we didnt use at all. Everything you need - a real home from home. Met by the owners on the first day, hot tub maintained and checked every day, but left us alone with assurance if we needed anything to just ask . Dogs had a great time in the safe enclosed garden. Property is remote, local pub in walking distance, suited us as central base for exploring.
Lucy
Such a beautiful place for a peaceful break from everything situated in such a glorious area. Very well equipped and such a lovely warm welcome on our arrival.
Claire
Helpful and friendly owners, such a lovely place. Garden is great, area superb as was the hot tub. Not sure if they're still taking dogs, but it was very dog friendly, the big conservatory perfect for dumping wet clothing and dealing with a wet dog. The cottage is warm, spacious, really comfortable and we all felt right at home there. The area was quiet and well situated to get to wonderful beaches, walks and places like Heligan and the Eden project.
Julie
A fabulous homely cottage. Everything you need. Really good for dogs, completely enclosed garden, ours love it. This was our second stay and we booked for next year while we were there! Thanks to the Turner family for another fab holiday.
Regina
The owners could not have been more welcoming. The property was very clean, all your home comforts. The hottub was freshly filled and a welcome addition after a long day of sightseeing. The property itself is much larger than the pictures show and the garden is secure for dogs. The Wifi is fine but phone signal was poor for us on O2. There are plen ty of places to explore, Looe, Polperro to name a few that are approx 30 mins drive. There is a pub nearby food wasn't great but atmosphere was lovely
Colin
The cottage was much bigger than the photos suggested. Very spacious with a wonderful secluded garden. Absolutely idyllic, loved watching the birds on the bird feeders outside the sun lounge every morning. Within easy distance of the beach and all other amenities. The owners and family are very friendly and approachable.
Yvonne
The cottage is ideally placed if you want to see Cornwall with minimal travelling during your stay. Whilst situated on a farm the house and gardens were a peaceful haven. The accommodation is extremely spacious with plenty of room for all to sit together or separately if ever needed. Fishing excellent at the on-site pond so dont forget your rods. H ot tub fabulous and also good view point for all the birds visiting the well kept garden. Pub, distillery and farm shops within walking distance.

Excellent Cottage and Location. The owners and other family members were very helpful, informative and accommodating. The garden and abundance of private farm owned land was enjoyed immensely by our active Springer Spaniels as well as ourselves. The hot tub was an added bonus for us to relax and unwind. Very enjoyable holiday. Karen & Stephen 2022
Dawn
A perfect home from home, very comfortable, spacious & cosy, spending the evenings in front of the log burner after stargazing from the hot tub, following a busy day exploring Cornwall. The owners are very friendly & helpful, they made us feel very welcome. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm so expect the sights smells & sounds associat ed with that, waking to the crow of the cockerel hearing the cows come in for milking etc. We loved our time here and would thoroughly recommend it.
Mark
Had a great time as always here.
