Lynn
Excellent holiday home and location. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Liz has done a great job in making it home from home. We had a cake, wine, fruit, milk etc left for our arrival, which was a lovely thought and most appreciated. The house was clean and all beds made up, with clean linen, towels provided. The games room was a hit with all the fami ly, and there were books as well as a big tv. The hot tub and bbq went down a treat, and patio seating outside as well. We will be back

Spacious accomadation, well equipped. The hot tub was lovely after being on the beach in the bracing wind. Very comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. Nice fluffy towels. The shower which was over the bath was temperamental and rather underpowered. We had a great time over Xmas. The air hockey was great even though I didn't win a game.
Ian
A great little village with plenty of amenities. On road parking could be problematic .Well worth the money.

Lovely home rental with perfect facilities for 7/8 person weekend stay. Very clean inside and out and local amenities within easy walking distance. Hot tub was a welcomed extra during our winter stay and we where pleasently suprised that the town of skegness (10 mins drive) was still in full swing even during the new year break for winter beach str olls and seaside finery!

Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 5 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Rushmoor Country Park - GU10 1ET
about 20 Miles
Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.
