Pauline
Lovely holiday in a beautiful property in an excellent location. Hot tub for relaxing and field area for sports. Perfect for whole family holiday.
Susan
This is a wonderful holiday home in quiet countryside. Luxury accommodation and plenty of space to spread out as a family. Outside space was excellent with all you could need. Such as hot tub, barbecue, fire pit and comfortable furniture. We thought it was real value for money and would go back there in a heartbeat.
Jaqueline
Beautifully decorated throughout the property and we loved the open plan living downstairs. We had not realised the property was adjoining with two further barns, so was very pleased we were the only ones staying otherwise our privacy would have been affected when using the outside space.
Filip

We had an excellent stay in The Olive Tree. An absolutely stunning property finished to a beautiful, luxurious standard. A perfect way to spend my 40th Birthday with my family. We had a very quick and efficient response when enquiring about more logs for the fire (which was a perfect addition on dark February evenings.) Would also recommend a visitRead more to The Village Maid, helpful staff and delicious food. Hide

Fabulous new years weekend at the Olive tree spent with friends. Hot tub was used a lot and was very welcome, very beautifully appointed. One point is not easy stairs if you were less mobile, and be quite cautious as slippery. We would definately use the cottage again. Good local pub with great food - the Village maid.
Danny
The Olive Tree is a great place to stay, it is palatial with generous space yet still feels homely. The place is well equiped, easy to get to and in walking distance of a great local pub! Our stay at Christmas was an excellent experience, the hosts were thoughtful and attentive. I'd thoroughly recommend a stay here.

A beautiful barn nestled in the country side. Great walks and The Village Maid pub serves amazing food!!! Definitely worth booking as it is a small pub but totally worth the 10/15 minute walk! Accommodation was very comfortable, warm and cozy. The pictures are exactly what the accommodation offers and the hot tub was already on and warm which was e xcellent! Great communication from host when we had some questions on the heating and plenty of space for everyone inside! Highly recommend.
Grant
A lovely property, very nice. We were very comfortable and all the communication/arrangements were perfect. Would definitely return.
Andrew
Very high spec luxury barn conversion with loads of space for 6 people
Sue
Our party of 6 (3 couples) visited for a 3-day weekend, everything was ideal. The house looked wonderful on all the pictures but was even better than we could have ever envisaged, if the opportunity arises we will definitely return. The property is so spacious, the hot tub is well maintained and even though it was October we managed to make use of the sheltered outside seating area. All in all a perfect holiday.
Victoria
Just returned from the property. Stayed there with a group off friends and had a brilliant time. The barn is stocked well with all appliances, pots and pans, plates ect - home from home kitchen. The rooms are beautifully furnished, large and all bedrooms have an onsuite. Intially when we arrived there was concerned about being overlooked by the oth er properties when using the hottub - it was not an issue. The gardens were divided and secluded well. Would highly recommend the property 10/10
Elinor
Beautifully presented property with huge rooms and so much space. Hot tub was an added treat after a busy day exploring. Lots of things to do within a short drive and close to handy supermarkets and petrol stations. The property is sandwiched by two others, so you can be quite close to your neighbours if all enjoying the outside area at the same ti me. It didnt bother us but worth mentioning. Overall a brilliant luxury stay. Our house felt very small when we got home!
Jackie
The place was stunning, really spacious, clean & well equipped. I didnt want to leave. The smart tvs in all the bedrooms were great. Most importantly the Wi-Fi speed kept the teenagers happy! The hot tub was well used by us in the garden area & even though youre in fairly close proximity to the other barns you dont really notice your neighbours. Th e place well situated & close to a lot of beaches & areas of interest. I would definitely recommend & return.
Alia
A beautifully decorated and well appointed spacious house. Lovely garden sitting area, hot tub and BBQ. Lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to a number of beaches and amenities. We were very lucky with the weather. Would highly recommend this cottage.
Jacqui

Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park - NR32 4TZ
about 2 Miles
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed.  The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.
Africa Alive - NR33 7TF
about 7 Miles
Africa Alive is one of Suffolk's largest attractions and one of the most popular in the whole of the UK.  The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. The park can be explored by car and on foot and Hyenas and Giraffes are just some of the animals you will encounter as you make your way around the park. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy. The site also has a well stocked Gift Shop and a Discovery Centre.
Bewilderwood - NR12 8JW
about 16 Miles
Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 27 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Banham Zoo - NR16 2HE
about 29 Miles
This award winning wildlife attraction has much to offer both families and couples looking for a fun and educational day out.  You can discover a whole wild world of animals with over 1000 different animals from around the world. You will probably want to try and spend the whole day here so you don's miss out on anything.  Highlights include the amazing animals presentation, the birds of prey display and the feeding talks, all of which take place at set times of the day.  This attraction is fantastic value for money and highly recommended.  Their latest event is the Snow Leopard Club Naming Auction and there has recently been a baby giraffe born at the zoo.
