Escape with a group of seven friends or family members to this stunning and spacious home, complete with a warming wood burner and a bubbling private hot tub. Nestled in a pretty village on the slopes of the Cairngorms and with walking and cycling routes winding from the front door, there is plenty to please every guest.

This beautiful stone and brick home has plenty of space for all guests to enjoy spending quality time together, or having some well-deserved rest in this peaceful and tranquil location. The property is designed with soft neutral tones throughout and is bright and airy, creating a homely environment.

Head inside through the front door situated off the village’s Main Street and find yourself in a spacious hall where you can hang up coats and place your walking boots. Down the hallway is a contemporary kitchen which has a large breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare and create culinary delights.

Tuck into the tasty meals together, or play games of an evening in the welcoming dining room which has a separate oak dining table with enough seating for all guests. Get cosy in the evenings on the comfortable lounge sofas and warm up in front of the wood burner.

There is also a handy utility room on this floor to keep those walking clothes clean and dry. Upstairs are the four wonderful bedrooms, each of which are light, bright, and super comfortable, providing a perfect place to get some shut-eye at the end of a busy day.

Choose from two super-king bedrooms, a single bedroom or a twin room. The twin has a useful en-suite shower room and the other bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Also up here is a snug area equipped with a Smart TV, handy for the kids of the group to have somewhere to play. Outside is a large and enclosed garden surrounded by a stone brick wall.

Emily
We had a really lovely time, the house was perfect for our needs. The garden was a good size and enclosedand the house was very clean. It’s a lovely village with nice pubs and a well stocked local shop. The house had everything we neededand the beds were super comfy. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

What a super enclosed garden for our dog! We really loved the log burner and the spacious kitchen. Most of the time we ended up eating in the kitchen, but there was also a large dining room!
Lucy
We were a group of six adults, one child, one babyand one dog. When we arrived, the cottage was spotless! It had more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials of a modern kitchenand the bedrooms had plenty of storage, just like the bathrooms. The garden was fantasticand we absolutely loved the hot tub. The welcome pack was a nice touch, with dish towels, toilet rolls, soap, etc. The village itself is beautifuland everyone we met while walking around was lovely. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful warm cottage! Tomintoul really took us by surprise, even though it’s a bit remote. There’s loads to do and see.
Emma
We had a brilliant week with our family and dog! The cottage was spotlessly clean and really comfortable, providing everything we needed. The hot tub was such a lovely bonus. Its location was ideal, with loads of great walks and so many nice spots to explore within an hour's drive.

Landmark Theme Park - IV31 6SS
about 16 Miles
Landmark Theme Park is a popular family attraction in Scotland and is a great choice for those with children of varied ages. The site is packed with attractions to keep the whole family amused. Landmark is rather unique as a theme park as it is based around nature. Activities include Tree Topping and Rock climbing although there are also some more traditional theme park rides such as a log flume. The park is abundant with nature including Red Squirrels and Clydesdale Horses and there is also a new Pinewood Grill for tasty snacks and a Gift Shop.
