We've just got back from an amazing trip to North Devon. Kings Stable Barn has everything you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Only downside to our trip is the Hot tub I'm now going to have to buy for the family to maintain the lifestyle we became accustomed to. A brilliant week. Thank you Sarah

STUNNING. Kings stable barn is beautiful, full of character but modern with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The owners have gone above and beyond with what they provide, a welcome pack of wine, cupcakes, chocolates & milk and also a supply of coffee machine pods, sugar cubes, tea bags, washing machine tabs, dishwasher tabs, bath robes and every type of towel you might need. Then for your beloved furry friend you get 2 dog towels, dog bed, 2 x dog bowls and some treats. Great place.
Katy

A fantastic Barn equipped with everything you may need. Hosts were helpful and kind and even provided some welcome treats which was a nice touch. You do have to get in the car to visit places but this didnt bother us at all. Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!
Richard

Jacqui
This cottage is beautiful, its located within a lovely quiet area which provided us easy access around North Devon. Its very peaceful and we stayed with our GSD dog who loved it as much as we did. Its extremely well equipped, was spotless and all the little touches were lovely. The owners were kindly on hand when we had an issue, our fault entirely , but they were more concerned about us enjoying ourselves which we did. Would hugely recommend this unique cottage, we will definitely return.
Helen
We have had a fabulous 6 night stay at Kings Stable Barn, it is in a fantastic location, quiet and with lovely views. It is a good location to get easily to the beautiful North Devon beaches. The barn is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and it is spotlessly clean. We definitely recommend this property.
Samantha
Such a lovely holiday cottage! Everything is of such high standard, including cleanliness. We had a very relaxing week knowing everything we would need was available. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Kings Barn Cottage. What an outstanding property. Absolutely loved our stay there. The barn has been thoughtfully and beautifully renovated to a really high standard and was a pleasure to stay in. Very well equipped with the added bonus of a large hot tub and the outdoor shower was fantastic. Placed ideally for exploring North Devon ( we even visited Somerset and Cornwall from here). Highly recommended.
Caron
Wonderful cottage, exceptionally clean with every small detail thought about, great location with just a short drive to amenities. Beds very comfortable with good quality bed lined and lovely pillows. The owner had left us a wonderful cake, biscuits and milk and a bottle of something lovely in the fridge! We thought was a very nice gesture, our 10 year old was especially delighted with the chocolate cake! We would certainly recommend this beautiful property and we will return. Thank you Sarah.
Beverley
spotlessly clean, excellent facilities and beautifully furnished.
Nikki
Wow wow wow. This cottage was so amazing! It was so clean and so well finished, it really felt like we were living a week of luxury. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything and everything we might have needed, which meant cooking decent meals was a breeze. The beds were so comfortable! And the travel cot they arranged even had an extra thick m attress in it which I thought was a lovely touch :) The cottage was modern but super cozy. The outside space was great and the hot tub was perfect
Katy
Cant rave about this cottage enough. The place is absolutely spotless and has everything you need. The location is great, its about 30-40 min drive to all of the north coast beaches and about 50-60 mins to exmoor national park. There is a pub within walking distance but I didnt feel safe walking on the road with the dog as its a fast road. The garde n is secure for the dog but we kept an eye on ours as he is a high prey drive lurcher & there is livestock behind the house. Otherwise 10/10!!!!!!
Hannah
Overall very nice, werent aware of the trains beforehand and also didnt realise there wasnt a shower! My fault for not noticing it wasnt mentioned but in the same way a kitchen sink wasnt specifically mentioned - you just assume they are there!! My 63 husband struggled some what with the tiny bath!!! Felt a little overlooked by the owners but overa ll very nice.
Jacob
Stunning converted barn in a great location. Really thoughtfully kitted out with everything you need for your stay. Hot tub excellent. Everything was great quality and you can tell a lot of effort gone into it! only 10/15 mins to supermarkets and lovely beaches. Would definitely recommend. Dog friendly, what more could you want?
Caroline
We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the cottage. Our host Sarah was just lovely and on hand if we had any questions. From the moment we stepped inside the shoulders dropped and relaxing began. The cottage was beautifully appointed, smelled divine and had everything we could wish for. The little touches such as treats, blankets and dog bowls, prosecco, chocolates and cake were such a lovely surprise. The hot tub was so relaxing to sit and watch the setting sun. A totally wonderful break
Rob
Even though we were in the middle of Storm Eunice and lost power for 24 hours, the owners supplied us with flasks of hot water, a container full of hot, soapy water and even allowed us to take our dinner up to their home to cook our food on their electric oven. The hot tub and gas fire were lovely touches!
