Fabulous property and location. Set in a beautiful spot the property is close to the sea, shops and has everything you need. The hot tub added a bit of luxury as well. The location was great as there are plenty of walks from the door and having the Golf club restaurant 2minutes walk away was a real bonus. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday - the house is extremely well equipped - they have thought of everything - great enclosed garden for the dog and of course the relaxing hot tub - the flooring downstairs is perfect so no worries with muddy paws and boots - great location for a dog walk across the burrows for breakfast at the cafe - and the walks along the Tarka Trail with great cafe stops were lovely

We enjoyed a lovely week with our three Labradors in this clean modern, light and spacious cottage. The kitchen was very well equipped and our welcome gifts were appreciated by us and the dogs. We slept in the downstairs bedroom and put up the stairgate that had helpfully been provided. The bed was comfortable and showers good. The wardrobe in the main bedroom upstairs was spacious. I can recommend Saunton Sands. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and the hot tub was glorious.

We stayed here for a week for my sons birthday. Had a lovely week, house is clean and well equipped. Having hand wash in every bathroom was a nice extra too. Hot tub is a bonus with a lovely enclosed garden for the dogs. Doggies even had bowls, balls and treats left for them in the house. Great position to walk to the beach which is dog friendly. L ovely extra of bottle of wine, milk, shortbread, tea and coffee and flowers left for us.

The property was well located and within easy reach of amenities. The property was really well set out and gave us a great place for our holiday. We loved the hot tub. Mrs Dexter was fantastic as we had a bit of trouble initially with the TV (being technophobes), however she answered our texted straight away and even ame around that even, within mi nutes. She could not do enough for her guest. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friend.

Very well equipped house With three double rooms and three bathrooms it was perfect for three couples. The location is great - just a short walk from the sea front. Beds were comfy. Coffee machine was as good as my own at home . My son and his wife enjoyed the jacuzzi. Fantastic place to stay

Amazing comfy beds, exceptional touches, nice open plan living, kitchen of the highest standard, great hot tub, super location to the beach and local bars and cafs, and parking for 2 vehicles. Lovely touches for the dogs such as treats, tennis ball and bowls - they loved it. Easy access to the property, very safe area, highly recommended and would visit again.

We spent New Year at the house with friends. The location is superb and the standard of the accommodation was fantastic. We enjoyed walks each day before a dip in the hot tub to watch the sun set. Definitely a place I would recommend and one to which I hope to return.

Excellent modern house, . Cannot fault it. The only fault was 2 days of bad weather but we then jumped Into the jacuzzi which was in the garden. Fabulous place. On arrival we found that the owners provided wine, biscuits, milk, flowers + goodies for the dog which was a lovely extra touch to a beautiful holiday. We would definitely recommend. A lovely house in a good location. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend to others. The hot tub is an added bonus! Anne is a very welcoming host and we really appreciated the added extras such as a tennis ball for our dog and milk ready in the fridge for us after a long drive. We hope to return in the future.

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families. There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings. Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast". There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga. As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
