Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and in a lovely area, perfect for our family. The garden was great for the dogand the hot tub was a lovely touch, especially on rainy days. There’s plenty to do nearbyand the local shop was handy for essentials. With six adults and a toddler, the bathroom setup wasn’t ideal-another toilet upstairs would have been perfect, but it didn’t ruin our trip. We’d definitely come back!
Emma

The hot tub was a great bonus after long days out. Fiona, the manager, was fantastic-she went out of her way to make everything smooth and was always on hand for questions. The owners shared some handy local tips too. Taking the Mount Batten Ferry to Plymouth was straightforward and affordable. We’d definitely come back!

We loved staying here! The house had such a cosy feeland the peaceful garden was perfect for relaxing. Waking up and looking out to sea from the breakfast table was a real treat. The settee near the patio doors was definitely a favourite spot for us. The house was really well thought out, especially the big downstairs shower and utility room - handy after beach days. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, milkand scones was a lovely touch after a long drive. The beach itself is fantastic for families, with rock pools and sand, plus a cute cafe and great ice cream!
Emma
We had such a lovely week staying here! The place is huge and super comfy, honestly the best-equipped holiday home we've been in. The kids adored the playroom, which kept them entertained for hours. We all enjoyed the garden, especially with the handy gazebo for some shade in the sunshine. Stunning views of the bay tooand it’s only a short walk or drive to the beach and cliff walks. Definitely recommend!
Emma
The house is lovely, just a quick five-minute walk to Wembury Beach, which was perfect for us. It’s really well equipped, though adding another en suite upstairs would be great-having to go downstairs in the middle of the night was a bit of a hassle. We had a fantastic week, though!
Charlotte
