this is a lovely cottage for a family with a well equipped kitchen, two TV's, two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. The entrance can be a bit tricky for a large car but we managed. The area is quiet and you can watch the birds and cows just outside the windows.

The cottage is very easy to access by road from Plymouth and the local railway station was in easy walking distance and we made the most of travelling by train to Looe, Plymouth Barbican and St Read moreIves which is so easy to get to and a wonderful day out. We had a fantastic time at the cottage. It had everything we needed and the rota system on the pool and hot tub meant we had it to ourselves and it worked really well. It's a really good location for exploring south Cornwall. We visited Looe (20 min), Seaton Beach (20 min, our favourite) Fowey (30 min), Eden Project (30 min), Mevagissey (40 min), a nd Newquay (45 min). We took the train into Looe one evening which took 30 minutes and only 13 for a family of 4. Would recommend.

Fantastic week holiday and a big thank you to Ali and Paul who were wonderful hosts. The pool with private exclusive rota is a huge asset. Very clean and well maintained. Nice location to have access to all of Cornwall. We had no problems but know if anything had gone wrong Ali and Paul would have been straight on it. The kitchen was superbly stocked with gadgets and spacious and everything was in excellent condition throughout The real bonus was the pool and hot tub which we used everyday. Its on a rota system so you get it to yourself for half the day The owners are on site which was great when a storm tripped the boiler out. Issue was resolved straight way.
