The place had everything we neededand there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us after a long drive, which was a nice touch. The views are absolutely stunningand the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. The property and hot tub were spotless and well-maintained. We especially loved feeding and petting the goats and Eric the pig. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Julie really went above and beyond as a host, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The detached cottage, though cosy, had everything we neededand was perfect for us and our small dog. We spent a week here to unwind and honestly, it was just what we needed. The cottage was spotless and had everything we could ask for. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. It’s perfectly located, not far from the coast and lots of local attractions. Julie and her husband were fantastic hosts from start to finish. I loved wandering around to see their farm animals every morning. The view from the cottage is simply stunningand the hot tub was definitely the cherry on top. We’d happily come back!

We had such a lovely stay at this charming spot. The views of the North Devon countryside are truly breathtakingand we couldn’t get enough of the cosy courtyard garden. The hot tub was a real highlight, even if we did have a quick hiccup with it one day, which the owners sorted out promptly-really attentive folks. The peaceful vibe was just what we neededand the animals, especially Eric the pig and the Alpacas, were adorable. They also shared some top tips for local places to visit and eat, which made our trip even better. Would definitely come back!

Julie, the host, even showed us the other holiday lets on site, which were also clean and had all you could need. We're already planning our next trip to beautiful Devon and the Granary! We had an amazing stay at an amazing property. The Granary is a perfectly formed little nest for couples looking to escape it all. The property offers an open plan living space with a well equipt kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic and cosy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A bonus is the private hot tub just outside, which is great to unwind in after a long day. Our hosts provided everything we could want or need and were really welcoming. Our stay over Christmas was just fantastic and we can't recommend it enough!

It was easy to findand when we arrived, we were greeted by Julie. She couldn't have been more helpfuland we loved the welcome box of goodies! The Granary really caters for all needs and feels just like home, except it's set in 22 acres. How brilliant is that? It was lovely to see all the animals too. The private hot tub at the back of the property was fantastic and a great little set-up. We had a nice chat with Julie during our stayand we were really impressed with her plans for the future. We wish her well and would love to return - if we're not too busy!

We've just had our second stay at the cottage and honestly, it’s a beautiful place in a perfect location. Julie and Graham were super welcoming and always ready to help or give advice without being intrusive. It’s such a lovely spot to wander around the grounds and see all the animals. We had a fantastic time at the cottage during our brief visit to North Devon. It was immaculately clean, cosyand had beautiful views, plus it was perfectly located near Exmoor and not too far from the North Devonshire coast. The hot tub was such a great addition and having the animals on site made our morning walks even nicer. On top of everything, Julie and Graham were super welcoming hosts. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in North Devon!

We arrived a bit later than expected, but Julie was absolutely fantastic in welcoming us! The cottage was just the perfect setup for our week awayand even though it’s a bit out of the way, there’s loads to do nearby. Woolacombe, Ilfracombeand Lynton were definitely our favourites. Julie was a wonderful hostand we would highly recommend staying here.

North Devon Farm Park is a haven for wildlife and has a fantastic location making it the perfect place for a day out during the summertime. As well as gorgeous scenery, picnic areas and plenty of space for children to play the park offers a Play Area, Tea Room serving local produce, a Petting Zoo where little ones will love meeting the affectionate animals and Nature tTails. There is also a Play Area.
Exmoor Zoo - EX31 4SG

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families.  There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings.  Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast".  There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga.  As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park - EX34 0NG

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park  is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.

This is a really unique attraction in the Devon region with many unique events taking place throughout the year.  The Halloween Festival in October is well planned where you can take pumpkin carving workshops, ride the ghost train and go to witches flying school.  All year round there are some excellent

Milky Way Adventure Park - EX39 5RY

The Milky Way Adventure Park is a fun day out for the whole family and has rides and attractions for all ages. There are four major rides including a thrilling roller coaster and an amazing vertical slide for the older kids and grown ups and six fascinating live shows which will entertain the whole family.
