Your new home benefits from on-site facilities, including a shop and play area for the little ones to enjoy. Off-road parking can be found, along with a wonderful front decked area with hot tub where you can enjoy evening drinks as the sun goes down and meals alfresco.

The open-plan living space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for the group's chef to whip up delicious meals for the family to enjoy at the four-seat dining table. Then, head into the adjacent sitting area, where you can curl up with a good book or select your favourite series from the TV.

There is a stylish shower room available for washing away the day’s adventures, as well as two nicely appointed bedrooms: a double with an en-suite, perfect for couples, and a delightful twin. Spend afternoons outdoors, selecting from a variety of local walkways, with Fowey Hall Walk being a well-liked route, offering glimpses of the nearby harbour.

Stop off at the Old Ferry Inn for a bite to eat and a drink, to round off your day of exploration. Traverse to the shoreline for a day at the beach; Readymoney Cove is a great location for leisurely walks, gatherings for picnics, and afternoons spent immersed in a good book.

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
The Monkey Sanctuary - PL13 1NZ

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.
