Wrafton House Reviews

James
We had a really good time staying here with our friends. The house was comfy and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. The location was perfect for attending a wedding nearby, just a quick 10-minute drive. We especially enjoyed the garden and hot tub - so peaceful, being at the end of the row. Only small hiccup was the WiFi, which was a bit slow because of too many devices. One thing we’d have liked was the twin beds being linked as requested, but overall, it was a lovely stay!
Emma
We loved the spacious feel of the cottageand it was so comfy throughout. Being near the Tarka trail was a real bonus for us and the dog. The fenced garden was perfect for peace of mind. It’s true, a bit of TLC wouldn’t hurt, but it didn’t spoil our stay at all. We’d definitely come back!
Emma
The place is really nice and well kitted out, perfect for beach trips and exploring the Tarka trail. A bit of TLC wouldn’t hurtand it’s a shame there's no BBQ. Hot tub’s always spotless though!
Emma
The house was lovely and comfy, perfect for exploring the nearby beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Emma
Great spot, perfect for beach days. Cleanliness could be better, but overall, we'd definitely come back!

Really spacious house with fantastic amenities, perfect for our family getaway!
Emma
This place has real charm, though we did spot some minor wear. With a little more care, it could definitely shine as a five-star spot! Absolutely loved it though.
Emma
Beautiful house in a quiet spot, perfect for Tarka Trail walks and exploring North Devon - really enjoyed our stay here!
James
We loved the house! It’s spacious and well kitted out, perfect for our family. The kids had a blast in the table tennis room and relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty to explore nearby!
Emily Parker
We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was cosy and had all the essentials. Perfectly situated for exploring Braunton and the surrounding areas. The hot tub and games room were added bonusesand the garden was perfect for the dog to run around safely. Definitely recommend this place!
Emma Clarke
We really enjoyed the stay; the location was perfect for exploring North Devon. The accommodation was lovely, but a few instructions in the booklet could be clearer-especially about recycling, as there’s no shed mentionedand the info about the brown sack seemed a bit out of date.
Jasmine
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the beaches and a nice pub, which was handy. Since it was winter, we spent more time inside, so we did notice a few things that could be better. The heating was out for the first day, but they sent someone quickly to fix it temporarily. The showers in all bathrooms were quite weak, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the house overlooks a military airbase - not noisy at all for us, but worth mentioning. Overall, a good place, just needs some tweaks!
Emma
Really enjoyed our stay! The house was cosyand having a dog-friendly pub nearby was brilliant. The games room and hot tub were a hit.
Emma
We just got back from an amazing week with four generations of our family. The house was lovely and in a perfect spot for exploring the coast. The garden, games roomand hot tub really made it special. The property managers were quick to help with a couple of minor issues, which was great. Plus, the Tarka Trail right outside was perfect for dog walksand local shops and restaurants were easy to reach. We loved it!
Emma
We had an amazing stay at this lovely house, perfectly placed for exploring the area. The location is top-notch, right on the coast path and Tarka Trail, but we found it easiest to park at Barnstaple station and rent bikes to explore Instow and Fremington Quay - such a great way to see everything. The nearby Quay cafe and Williams Arms are both dog-friendly and lovely spots to relax. Plus, the beaches nearby are perfect for pups. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay at Wrafton House. The location is perfect, just a quick drive to Saunton Beach, which is fantastic for a day out. Plenty of local pubs and a supermarket nearby made everything easy. The house had all we needed.
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, cleanand had lovely lighting that made it feel welcoming. The bedrooms' fans were a lifesaver during the hot weather. Cycling along the Tarka Trail was fantastic, especially the route to Tesco for picking up essentials. The Williams Arms pub nearby was perfect for both adults and kids - great food and open all day. The only slight downside was a faint buzzing noise from a nearby factory, but it wasn’t intrusive at all. Evenings in the garden were truly relaxing!
Emma
This place is really easy to get to and perfect for visiting Clovelly, Woolacombeand RHS Rosemoor.
Emily
The house was spacious, comfortableand had everything we needed for a great stay.
