Jesmond Dene Reviews

Dominic
Great property in a beautiful location. Owner left us alone, but we knew he was there if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!!
This is a lovely place to rest and relax after a day exploring the Peak District. It is only a short drive to many walks, stately homes and castles. There is a quirky pub specialising in all things cheese that is a short but steep walk uphill and a CAMRA pub a 20 minute walk away but this one doesnt do meals, however just a few minutes drive you can find plenty of places to eat. The welcome pack was really good and enough to get you through until breakfast if you havent brought anything with you. The property is attached to the owners house but fenced off for a private patio area with the hot tub and after the initial introduction we didnt see him until we were leaving.

Best welcome pack weve ever received, wonderful views from the decking. A very pleasant helpful host, without him being intrusive. Altogether nothing negative to say about this property, we definitely recommend it.

Seldom you come across properties of which nothing negative can be said. This is one of those. Spotlessly clean, at a lovely location, quiet, comfortable. I highly recommend it.
The property was excellent for the quiet short break we wanted. Well presented and comfortable with a beautiful outlook from the lounge and outside space. Very pleasant owner on site. Look forward to returning.
Christine
