Florence Cottage Chipping Campden Reviews

Emma
This cottage is a gem, perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. The hot tub was a real treat, just don’t forget a torch for evening walks with the dog!
Emma
We had a lovely stay at the cottage, it was spotless and felt really luxurious with feather duvets, pillowsand thick towels. The kitchen was well stocked, making cooking easy. The garden was beautifully kept and super peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was a real highlight-great that it works in all weather, not just sunny days! Chipping Campden is just a short walk and has plenty of shops and cosy pubs. WiFi was reliable too. Would definitely recommend!
Emma Turner
We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. The location is perfect-quiet but still close enough to walk to the high street in under ten minutes, which had plenty of lovely eateries, pubsand shops. The downstairs area was super comfy, felt just like being at homeand the main bedroom was a good size with a comfy bed. Only minor thing, the winter duvet in July was a bit too warm! The locals at The Stables were also really friendly, which made our visit even nicer.
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the high street and some lovely eateries. The hot tub was a highlight - so relaxing and private. If you’re bringing a dog, the enclosed garden is a plus, but the fencing isn’t private, so reactive pups might need extra caution. Overall, a lovely, restful break in a charming area!
Emma
Great spot, loved the location, really comfortable stay.
Emma
Lovely place, super clean, hot tub was a real treat, perfect location too!
Emma
The cottage was lovely and well-situated, making it easy to explore Chipping Campden’s charming pubs and eateries just a short walk away. Its spot in the Cotswolds was ideal for sightseeing trips around the area. We really enjoyed it!
Emma
The location was spot on, super handy! The house had all we needed for a week awayand the jacuzzi was a lovely treat. Beds were comfy, but we did notice a few cleaning hiccups and some equipment wasn't working. Overall, a bit pricey compared to similar places we’ve stayed.
Emily Carter
We had a lovely time! The cottage’s spot was ideal-just a short walk into town with plenty of quirky shops and cafes. The self-guided walk was a nice touch. Sadly, the weather was scorching, so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub. Still, a really great stay!
Alex
Great spot, lovely hot tub, but a few essentials missing and beds weren’t the comfiest at all.
James
Lovely cottage with a great spot, perfect for a peaceful walk and a private garden. Cheers!
James
The house is in an amazing spot, really couldn’t ask for better views. The hot tub was fantastic and the kitchen appliances were all top-notch. Sadly, the coffee machine was missing, which was a bit of a letdownand some cleaning details could’ve been better. Still, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it!
Emma
Chipping Campden is such a charming spotand this cottage really hit the mark for us. It had everything we needed, making our stay super comfy. The Christmas touches like the card, chocolatesand bubbly were such a thoughtful gesture. We’d definitely recommend it for a cosy getaway!
Charlotte
Lovely place, great facilities, would stay again!
Emma
The house is perfect - super close to Chipping Camden’s centre but still peaceful. Really comfy with nice fittings. Might be a bit pricey for what you get, but we loved it!
Emma
We loved the cosy cottage, tucked away in such a peaceful spot surrounded by stunning countryside. The little touches like slippers, a dressing gownand separate towels for the hot tub made all the difference. The hot tap outside and the log burner would be perfect in winterand the beds and sofas were super comfy. The agent was really helpfuland it’s just a short walk through the hotel garden into town. Plenty of great places to eat, especially Huxley. Highly recommend!
Emma
Super comfy, tidyand well-stocked! Definitely recommend.
Emma S.
We really enjoyed our stay! The area around the cottage is perfect for a relaxing walkand the hot tub and fire pit were just what we needed after a long day. The Molten Brown soap and lotion in the bathrooms added a nice touch. The TV was greatand having a full-sized fridge and freezer made things easier. Sadly, the kitchen was a bit of a let-down-only one small fry pan and two pots for four peopleand the dishwasher only did cold cycles, so we had to hand wash everything. The microwave was a bit tricky too, integrated in the oven and not very user-friendly. Also, the place wasn’t perfectly clean-found a used mask in the hot tuband the outdoor bin still had cigarettes and poo bags from previous guests. Still, we’d come back!
Alex
We had a brilliant stay! The location was perfect, just a short stroll into the village and close to some lovely walks that the property even provided info on. The decor was really nice and the place was a good size for two couples. We ordered from Maharaja one evening and it was delicious - definitely recommend. The service at the 8 Bells was lovely too. Plus, the management company helped us retrieve a forgotten suitcase without any hassle. Would definitely stay again!
Sarah
We stayed in this lovely new cottage and it’s really well put together, fitting perfectly with the local vibe. The hot-tub and garden were fantasticand the furniture made it easy to relax and soak up the wildlife. The beds and sofas were super comfyand having a huge smart TV was a bonus. The village is adorable, with plenty of nice places to eat just a short walk away. It’s a perfect spot for visiting Broadway, Stratford, or Blenheim Palace - we really enjoyed it!

Spetchley Park and Gardens in Worcestershire are the perfect place for a day trip all year round. During the summer months the gardens are really at their best with beautiful displays of flora and fauna. Many families choose to bring a picnic and there are several picnic tables in the grounds. The deer park is also a big hit with children as well as grown ups. The onsite tea room serves tasty sandwiches and cakes and uses local produce where possible.
Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens - OX18 4JP

Catanger Llama Trekking - NN12 8LJ
about 29 Miles
This is a really unique attraction and certainly worth a visit in our opinion.  Established in 1995 and situated in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside this attraction will appeal to those looking for something a little different.  You can't ride the animals but you can trek alongside them and enjoy the fantastic scenery.  From farm tracks to country lanes the gentle animals will carry your rucksack for you along the way.  There are personally guided treks available all year round and you will have your own Llama for the trek.
