We had a really lovely stay! The owners greeted us warmly and took the time to show us around the property and its facilities, which was much appreciated. The place itself was spot on for our quiet 50th birthday celebration - the ground floor bedroom with en suite was just perfect for my elderly parents. We had an fantastic weekend celebrating my parents' ruby wedding anniversary. The house is simply lovely - plenty of space and a gorgeous garden where Poppy the dog had a great time exploring. Everything you could possibly need is already there, which shows how much thought the owners put into it. Their pub tips and help with the umbrella were really appreciated. Honestly, if you're thinking about staying here, just do it - you won't regret it!

What a lovely house with an enclosed, safe garden perfect for kids and dogs. The house and garden are really well equipped! The only downside is that if you fancy a walk to the pub for a meal, it's quite a distance and up those country lanes.

Fairview is such an amazing house in a beautiful location! Vernon and Lynne are simply fabulous hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area if you’re thinking of planning any day trips. There was literally nothing they hadn't thought of in the house, even down to the little touches like having a toy and towel for the dog and welcome chocolates on the pillows! We genuinely cannot wait to return; it was the most wonderful week and we can’t fault a single thing.
