The Old Cider Press Barn Reviews

Sahla
What an amazing stay at The Old Cider Press Barn! We were a large group, a mix of adults and children and it was the perfect stay for all of us. Having not one but 2 hot tubs was a huge bonus, and the children loved the play area, watching the sheep while they played away. Our hosts went the extra mile and gave us a lovely welcome spread with some delicious Welsh treats, a lovely touch. Definitely worth a visit!
Ruth
An exceptional property, with memories that we will cherish for a life time with family. Lynda and Terry went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We will highly recommend this property to friends and will certainly return for another stay in the future.
Krystina
The accommodation is amazing. Everything was perfect and so much thought put into the whole place. The history of the building is interesting and the scenic views with the sheep and lovely walks around and into the village of Berriew was lovely. Ideal for us as a large family, but also can suit any kind of party even the bedrooms downstairs could b e ideal for a disabled person. We hired a chef one evening from dineindulge and they served a delicious meal. We hope to visit again some day.
Barbara
5 stars - Our party was 24 plus 4 babies, and all were catered for in this stu nning and stylish conversion. The indoor and outdoor spaces worked perfectly for us, and the excellently equipped kitchen made large-scale catering a pleasure. We appreciated the kind and generous welcome from Terry and Linda, and the beautiful setting in the Welsh countryside. The bedrooms accommodated our large party perfectly, with very comfortable beds and facilities. We hope that The Old Cider Press Barn continues to give as much pleasure and enjoyment to other groups as it gave to our family.
Jessica
The most perfect house, in a lovely location. Everything in the house was top quality and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Anne
This is an amazing property. We spent a week there with our family of 10 adults and 10 children. It is beautifully decorated yet very practical and extremely well equipped. There is good oven, fridge and freezer space. 3 dishwashers is bliss, 2 running and 1 being loaded up. Good supply of crockery, cutlery and glasses. A lovely safe garden, not hu ge but space for the children to kick a football. The hot tubs were great and well cared for. Lynda and Terry gave us a very warm welcome.
Gareth
Lovely barn, incredibly well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location is very nice too-especially sitting in the hot tubs whilst the sun sets. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Ann
Beautifully renovated barn and lovely thoughtful touches from the owners, which made us feel very welcome. The kitchen was really well equipped and there was ample room for large family gatherings. We really enjoyed our stay!
Samuel
We rented this property for a 30th birthday, and everybody had an absolutely fantastic time! We were welcomed by the owners, who were very friendly and hospitable. They left us a very generous welcome package and had fresh flowers out downstairs which was a lovely touch! The barn itself was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was very well equipp ed. Having 2 hot tubs went down a treat with such a big group of us! 100% would recommend this property, and we will definitely stay again!
