Really lovely cottage. Clean and tidy and suitable to just move straight in and enjoy your break. Good amount of space and comfy. The whole farm site was lovely and the cafe was amazing. The cottage and location was so perfect. It was so nice to wakeup in the morning and walk around the area. The owner was so nice and welcoming to us. If we just have enough time we would extend our stay for few more days. Absolutely wonderful farm, , with a games area, lots of fields to explore all ran by a lovely family. They have folders full of circular walks and lots of info on things to do locally and it has a lovely welcoming feel to it. Very well looked after and excellent for families. Wifi was a little slow and no phone signal within our cottage, but if pre pared for that then it was also lovely to be away from tech for a little while.

Fantastic setting and peaceful. Everywhere you look, was fields. So plenty of walks. As to property Chaff House, could not fault. Plenty of room for 6 adults, well equipped, very clean and hot tub with views was perfect. It was very relaxing for all of us and great to catch up. Highly recommend Apple tree cafe and staff too. We all want to return.

Everything at Portland farm was delightful. The site was beautiful and presented So well. The cottage was spotless and had everything you might need. The owners were very friendly and helpful.I We had the most delicious breakfast at the app!e tree cafe, and the actually carried 3 takeaway meals to our cottage as it was pouring with rain and I could n't carry it. Will definitely be returning very soon.
