The cottage is lovely and very peacefully quiet , modern and well kitted out kitchen and 3 modern fitted bathrooms. Found on the grounds of a fishing lake with stunning countryside views from most of the windows. We stayed here as the cottage is ideally located in the town of Linlithgow between the cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow . The Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel are a 20 min drive and well worth visiting

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Large rooms which is unusual for a holiday cottage. So quiet and peaceful and in an ideal position for visiting Stirling, Falkirk and Edinburgh. We brought our Dachshund puppy and he loved having a walk around the property in the mornings. Perfect for anyone wanting to do some fishing. We will de finitely be recommending the property to all of our friends and will hopefully be back ourselves at some point.

Christine
Well located in beautiful scenery. Linlithgow is just 5mins away by car with 3 big supermarkets for self catering and plenty of good pubs and restaurants. Very quite. Accomadation, kitchen is well equipped including a good washing machine, no dryer but access to owners one if needed. TV basic, has DVD player but no streaming service and internet is a bit hit and miss (not that we missed that). 6 adults had plenty of room, though living room was a little cramped. But bedrooms are large.
Richard
