Lovely bungalow - very quiet, with beautiful views, but just a short drive to shops etc. The apple juice was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back in the future.

Stephen
Really lovely cottage in a great location, spacious area and great hot tub. Not too far to travel to shops and other areas!
Denise
Absolutely fabulous place, perfect location for visiting different areas. Lovely friendly local pub. Accommodation was like home from home, extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you could need is provided. The outdoor space is fantastic. Highlight for us was the cows coming into the field and stood looking into the kitchen window from the fen ce. Rabbits galore at night which is also very cute. Our elderly dog loved it, all flat for him and plenty of space to potter around in. Perfect
Lauren
Wonderful area the cottage is based in, saw lots of wildlife surrounding the cottage, and the cows are very curious. It is very peaceful and quiet, it's great when relaxing in the hot tub. The pub is only just a walk down the road, the staff is very friendly there. Would recommend the village of Thame, plenty of shops, perfect for gift shopping, th e dog got complimentary sausages from the Treacles Tea Room. Definitely recommend visiting Cotswold Zoo, they allow dogs and it is brilliant there.

This is a stunning location & the property is so comfortable overall. We did not want our holiday to end & will return without hesitation. It is on a working farm with lots of evidence of sheep but this did not bother us at all.
Paula
Lovely and peaceful location. Short walk to the pub and very well equipped accommodation. The home grown apple juice was a nice touch. We look forward to staying again.

A wonderfully peaceful and comfortable property with uninterrupted views of fields full of friendly sheep. The enclosed garden was a suntrap when the sun decided to show itself! Our daughter enjoyed use of the hot tub. The lodge was very clean and the welcome gift of apple juice was a lovely surprise and appreciated. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Richard
We had the pleasure of staying at Manor Farm Lodge for 4 weeks at the start of this year. The location is very scenic and quiet. The lodge itself is very well equipped and spacious. We felt very comfortable there and settled in very easily given our longish stay. Diana is very welcoming and friendly and happy to help out with anything she can. Hot tub was a real bonus! Definitely would recommend for short or long stays (we would have stayed longer if not for it being so popular and booked up!)
Faaiz
Diana is a lovely host who assisted us from directing us to the cottage till the end of our stay. The house was very clean & spacious and had good working amenities. The location is ideal and serene, don't miss out on this hidden gem 'Manor Lodge'

We had a really lovely relaxing trip away. The cottage was clean, private and cosy. We were able to unwind completely as it was so quiet and peaceful and having the hottub was wonderful! The cows are very curious but super friendly even when our dog barked at them. And the cottage is secure with a lovely garden so we didnt have to put her on a lead everytime she wanted to go out. Thanks Diana for making us welcome and making our stay so great!

Easy acess to nearby towns of Thame, Wallingford and Oxford. Good local pubs and farmshops. Bring binoculars, variety of wild life in the surrounding fields. Everything you might need was there.Very relaxin g and quiet. The few sola night lights around the garden just right. The owner very helpful and easy to chat to. Hot tubb a bonus.
Colin
Great rural retreat with beautiful views across the fields, cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and the host was on hand for anything we required. Green king pub at the end of the drive serving food with large outdoor area and very dog friendly. Good location for many of the places to visit. Even the inquisitive cows in the surrounding fields would pop over to say good morning.
Stephen
Lovely setting, waking up with curious cattle in the surrounding fields. Welcoming, very helpful hosts and good facilities. Enclosed patio/garden perfect for dog. Hot tub is a relaxing bonus. Perfect for a secluded break, yet not far from M40. Handy pub at the end of the farm road with remarkably extensive menu (chef was injured the night we visite d but the staff stood in loyally to continue service!) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pendon Indoor Model Village and Railways - OX12 8EA
about 10 Miles
This is an all weather attraction in Abingdon, Oxfordshire which will appeal to all ages.  The model trains are fascinating to watch and we love the model village in the Vale Scene.  The exhibits have been well thought out and it's a pleasure to wander around this museum looking at everything on offer.  You can be assured of a warm welcome from the moment you arrive and for kids and adults alike this makes a fun and educational day out.
Catanger Llama Trekking - NN12 8LJ
about 25 Miles
This is a really unique attraction and certainly worth a visit in our opinion.  Established in 1995 and situated in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside this attraction will appeal to those looking for something a little different.  You can't ride the animals but you can trek alongside them and enjoy the fantastic scenery.  From farm tracks to country lanes the gentle animals will carry your rucksack for you along the way.  There are personally guided treks available all year round and you will have your own Llama for the trek.
Farmer Gows - SN7 8DA
about 25 Miles
Farmer Gows is a recommended attraction in the Faringdon area of Oxfordshire and will be especially suited to families with young children.  The little ones will love coming to see the farm animals including pigs, cows and lambs.  The meet the animals session takes place every day and includes handling the animals, walking the goats, feeding the pigs and cows and egg collecting.  Look out for special seasonal events throughout the year such as the Halloween Party, Lambing and children's workshops.  The latest news from the farm is that they have some Saddleback piglets and Speckledy chicks arriving shortly.
Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens - OX18 4JP
about 26 Miles
This has to be one of the most popular days out in Oxfordshire and is sure to appeal to nature lovers, animal lovers and keen gardeners.  Families and couples will enjoy wandering around this amazing park with a wide variety of mammals and birds to see as well as reptiles. Some of the most popular animals are the Burrowing Owl, Dexter Cow, African Pancake Tortoise and the Bar Headed Goose.  Check out their website for the latest admission costs and special offers.
