Newport offers much to see and do Carisbrooke Castle (4 miles) and Osborne House (6 miles) are well worth a visit for history fans, or you can enjoy a scenic trip on the Isle of Wight Steam Railway (3 miles). There are many cycling and walking opportunities on your doorstep, including the Red Squirrel Trail, and Newport (2 miles) has some great shops and eateries to explore.
Surrounded by trees, this idyllic property has rustic charm baked right in. A small set of steps leads up to the hut, which has a stable door peak inside and note the attractive shutters that adorn the windows and the quaint lamps that hang from the ceiling.
The compact kitchen features a small table with bar stools and thoughtful extra touches including a coffee machine with a supply of pods, fresh bread and freshly laid eggs. There s also a photo album detailing how the property was created, as well as a TV and an electric fire.
