If luxury and indulgence are top of your list, then this property is certainly not to be missed! You will be warmly welcomed by the heart of the home, the open-plan area, where you will find a well-equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare your favourite meals.

The dining area offers you a choice of spaces to enjoy your meals. For a more casual bite in the morning there is the breakfast bar but for those impressive culinary creations be sure to gather around the dining table!

After dinner, retire to the sitting area, where you can snuggle up in front of the Smart TV and impressive electric fire to stay toasty. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, catering to all of your laundry needs during your stay.

The fun continues outside, where you will find an external games room with a TV, perfect for keeping everyone entertained. The outdoor space is a wonderful spot to enjoy the outdoors, complete with a lawn, patio, furniture and a barbecue for those warm summer evenings.

For the ultimate relaxation and indulgence, take a dip in the hot tub and let your worries melt away as you soak in the bubbles! When it's finally time to catch your rest, you'll be greeted by five beautifully presented bedrooms, each boasting a TV for your entertainment.

There are two king bedrooms downstairs, one of which has an en-suite. Upstairs boasts three bedrooms, of these are two double rooms, each with a TV, the fifth bedroom is a master suite, complete with a super king bed, dressing area and a private en-suite for an added touch of privacy.

Situated in a peaceful rural setting with easy access to the North Downs Way, this property is a great choice for keen walkers and cyclists. The pretty village of Lenham is only 3 miles away and is a quintessential Kent village with many independent shops, tearooms, and pubs. For those looking for a spot of retail therapy, the nearby towns of Canterbury and Ashford offer shopping and popular family attractions such as Canterbury Cathedral. Leeds Castle (7 miles) makes for a great family day out, and there are a whole host of stunning National Trust houses, gardens, and other wonderful locations that will keep the family entertained. For those looking to head to the Kent coastline, there are many sandy beaches to enjoy that are about 16 miles away and perfect for a day at the seaside. As you enter the light-filled timber lodge which is located in the owners' grounds, leave your coats and boots in the entrance hall and continue through to the main living area. This spacious and bright room features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and French doors opening onto a large decked area. The kitchen is ideal for whipping up a delicious meal before sitting down to dine at the dining table with seating for all, overlooking the fields outside. After dinner, retreat to the cosy lounge and relax on the comfortable sofa which is perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV/ DVD player. Heading back into the hallway, you will find three bedrooms (all with Hypnos beds): a king-size with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a super-king-size zip-and-link that can be made into a twin upon request, and a further twin bedroom (which can be made into a super king on request) all have Smart TVs. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC, and the property is completed with a handy utility room with a washing machine. Heading outside, there is a large decked area that wraps around the property and features patio seating for six guests before a set of steps leads down to a lawned area for children to play on. Accessed via the decking is a hot tub, that sits 6 people, with beautiful views over the Kent countryside. Enjoy a glass of something chilled and watch the sunset in the distance overlooking the stunning fields and countryside beyond.

Located on the grounds of the owner’s property this beautiful cottage offers a semi-rural location on the edge of the village of Kingsnorth and within walking distance of the pub and shop. Hop in the car to nearby Ashford (2 miles) for a visit to the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet or enjoy a trip to the Kent coastline at Hythe (14 miles) where you can pick up the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway and take a trip along the coast to nearby Dungeness. Dog walkers will enjoy the many footpaths that lead from your doorstep across the Kent countryside, and those looking for a spot of culture can enjoy a visit to nearby Godinton House and Gardens which is just 5.5 miles away. Just off the kitchen area is a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, and a back door out into the garden. From the dining area head back through the hallway to the cosy lounge with two large comfortable sofas, armchair, a wood burner, and a smart TV with Sky – perfect for getting the family together on chilly evenings. The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is a super-king bed (can be made into a twin on request). The ground floor is completed with a separate WC. A narrow set of stairs from the dining area lead up to the master king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC. From the hallway, the second set of stairs leads to the remaining two bedrooms: a super-king bed (can be made into a twin on request) with an additional pull-out single trundle, and a double bed. Imagine Playcentre - TN23 7UT
about 6 Miles
Great Kent attraction and actually the biggest play centre in Kent.  From babies right through to toddlers and juniors there is something to suit all ages.  For roddlers the under 5s play frame has a host of activities including a tube slide, ball pool and funny mirrors. Juniors will be attractoed to the Imagine Village where they can drive little cars on the specially designed roadway. If you live locally this is also a great place to meet people and make new friends.
Port Lympne - CT21 4PD

Port Lympne - The Aspinall Wild Animal Experience in nearby Kent is one of the regions most popular attractions and should be top of your list if you have animal lovers in the family. The site is home to over 500 rare and endangered animals from all around the world including the beautiful Siberian Tigers and the largest breeding herd of Black Rhino outside of Africa. The park was set up to protect endangered species and while enjoying the experience visitors can learn about the dangers the animals face in the wild and the reasons for their decline. The centre aims to return animals to the wild wherever possible and the enclosures are designed closely match the animals natural habitat.
Wildwood Trust - CT4 5EL

Wildwood Trust is well worth a visit if you are staying in the local area.  You can experience close encounters with native wildlife - all in a beautiful forest setting.  You will find this attraction between the coastal town of Herne Bay and the ancient city of Canterbury.  There is a wide variety of animals to see including badgers, foxes and otters. Kids will also love the animal encounters sessions, playground and games and quizzes.  Check out their website for the latest admission prices which are excellent value for a family day out in Kent.
Brockhill Country Park - CT21 4HL
about 12 Miles
Brockhill Country Park once formed part of a large estate dating right back to Norman times. Today the old manor house is part of Brockhill School but the grounds are still open to the public and are a popular place to enjoy a picnic on a summer day. The park is abundant with wildlife including butterflies and birds.
Bodiam Castle - TN32 5UA
about 20 Miles
Bodiam Castle (National Trust) was built in 1385 and much of the exterior of the castle is still in tact although most of the interior was destroyed during the Civil War. The castle and grounds are a popular attraction in Sussex and have a children's activity area and a year round events programme including Bonfire night firework displays and Halloween spooky pumpkin parades. On selected date's visitor's cam meet real castle characters and get an insight into castle life.
The Hop Farm - TN12 6PY

The Hop Farm offers fun for children of all ages and the fun starts as soon as you enter with Giant Jumping Pillows and huge Outdoor Play Area and Frame with Slides, Bridges, Towers and much more. There are also a number of rides including the gentle Victorian Carousel. A ride on a Shire Horse is a great way to explore the park and as you wander around you will find the fantastic Lost World Maze, the Magic Factory and the crazy 3D Great Goblin Hunt.
Bedgebury National Pinetum & Forest - TN17 2SJ

Bedgebury National Pinetum & Forest is another very popular attraction and is great for families as there is loads of open space for children to run around. Bedgebury is home to the beautiful National Pinetum and a further 2000 acres of forest as well as an excellent adventure play trail. Families can explore the site via the miles cycling routes and for the more experienced rider there are also 12 km of mountain biking tracks. The specially designed play area features a butterfly climbing wall, a spider's web, a ship wreck and tree stump nest tunnels. Other activities include Go Ape aerial ropes and a brand new zip wire course.

Adventure Island costs nothing to enter and there is an array of rides and attractions on offer. The Big Adventure rides include the Dragon's Claw, Rage and Vortex.  For younger children there is just as much fun on offer with rides like the Cow Jump, Over the Hill and Dragon. Mini Rides include the Choo Choo Train, Crooked House and Flying Jumbos.  When you have ran out of energy you could have a wander round the gift shop and perhaps buy a souvenir of your day.
